Please Instruct Me

Dear Sir,

I would be grateful if you would explain to me why you took down my prayer request for the missing children of [I will not say where, since it offends you]. I read about them and I was thinking that little children anywhere surely are innocent, and also of the scripture, "But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefuly use you and persecute you...." Is it wrong to pray for people who are not Christians? Please instruct me? It is the first time I ever posted to a prayer board, and I do not want to offend anyone. Thank you, Ana
