do the jews need Jesus?

there are people saying the jews do not need Jesus to be saved cause they have always been God's people and that Jesus came for the heathens.
what do you think?

EVERYONE NEEDS JESUS. Obviously God sent Jesus because NOBODY is perfect. If the Jews were perfect He could have just wiped out all of the hethens and started a whole new perfect world with them. Jews, or anyone who thinks they don't need Jesus, and are better than Him, and just as good without Him need Him most of all. Even Jesus had temptations, the great difference is that He is the only perfect person who resisted them all. He had to ask God for wisdom to do good and be obediant too. We must pray that ourselves, the Jews, everyone asks for and recieves the uncommon wisdom, fear, and love for God that He granted Jesus when He asked and believed.

I agree with you but these people simply think that because they are Jews they don't need Jesus. This is silly in my eyes, no Jew in the world can fulfill the law.
Jeremia 31:33
But this shall be the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel; After those days, saith the LORD, I will put my law in their inward parts, and write it in their hearts; and will be their God, and they shall be my people.
Somebody tried to prove with this verse that the Jews don't need Jesus cause they have the law in their hearts....
This would mean that no jew could do anything wrong, but I think the bible shows clearly that the jews made many mistakes.

People are stubborn, and they're going to believe what they want to believe. When Jesus died for us He died for all of us. God gave us choices. We sometime make bad decisions because of our stubborness and lack of wisdom. He could be giving us wisdom, but if we make the wrong dicision of not listening, then we'll find out either now or in the end. But it is better to find out here on earth. EVERYONE will have to confess that JESUS is the King. So I feel that even the people in the old testiment that aren't even here on earth anymore will have to confess this in the end. When Jesus came to earth and died for us, and we accept Him as the one and only, that made it where it didn't matter what was running through our veins. We even have the blessings of Abraham now. We have all of the promises of God because of JESUS. Not ourselves. I don't care what nationality Jesus was born into or where He came from. The Jews are not the only ones blessed by God, because His blood runs through every persons veins who accept His blood. Unfortunatly, the Jews, Buddhists, Muslims or anyone who doesn't choose to accept this will learn the hot way. It doesn't matter what color He was, as long as His blood was red.

Yes but the question is wether the jews, as God's people, are saved even when they do not believe in Jesus.

We are God's people too. Read these verses. Maybe they will help. John 6:47, Rom.10:9,Rom.5:12. Romans 3:23 says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God." John 3:3 says, "Jesus answered and said to him,"Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God." Hopefully these five Bible Verses will help anyone who needs to understand this . There is a book called "God's Promises and Answers For Your Life." If you can get it, it may help in a lot of questions that you may have like this.

NO means no not one
no exceptions
No not one.
Jesus spoke to the Jews first
He sent his Apostles to the Jews first
It is up them us to hear the message.
I am Jewish.
Faith comes by hearing a word from God.
It comes no other way.
So no man comes to the Father except through Jesus

I agree with you,Jerry.
But some people interpret it this way, they say that the jews have already been God's people ever since and they have known God and because of this they do not even have to find their way to him and that Jesus only said this for the heathens which do not know God and therefore they have to come to him by Jesus.
But this is silly.
But does this mean that all the Jews which died in world war 2 for example went straight to hell when they didn't believe in Jesus? Aren't the Jews blinded so that they cannot see that Jesus is the Messiah?
