I need protection from myself...Please Pray

Hi, I have not posted here in awhile but I really need some prayer and support right now. I am bipolar and sometimes I hear voices that tell me to hurt myself. I am trying not to do what the voices say, they want me to cut my wrists. I really need protection from myself right now. I have no one close enough to me to turn to all I have is the Lord and I sometimes feel that he's very distant and maybe that he's mad at me for some of the things I do. Can anyone tell me how to get closer to God? I pray my heart out over & over again but something's just not right. Anyway, thanks for reading and I will look forward to the replies.

Father I lift up your child to you right now and I stand in the gap. I ask you to right now, in the name of Jesus, send your angels to Ilew and protect this child of yours from Satan's attack.
