woman may lose arm due to gator attack

PLEASE PRAY THAT THIS WOMAN DOESN'T LOSE HER ARM!! THIS JUST HAPPENED A WHILE AGO IN MY TOWN!!
A 12-foot, more than 300-pound alligator attacked a landscape worker on Sanibel Island, dragging her into a small lake. A neighbor and a pool worker rushed to help the woman, and held her head above water, as the reptile tried to drag her under.
"I pulled her head, her hair, her arm, to keep her from going under. I knew if the gator got her under, it was all over," said Jack David, who lives 2 doors down from the scene. "The woman was talking, and we kept telling her to hang on, and keep fighting it. Don't give in. I pulled her arm to get it out of the gator's mouth."
The reptile had a grip on the woman's hips, and was struggling to drag her into the water. Sanibel police arrived within 3 minutes of a 9-1-1 call, and helped to free the woman from the gator. The police chief says officers shot and killed the animal when it charged at them.
Paramedics rushed 54-year old Janie Melsek to a medical helicopter, which flew her to Lee Memorial Hospital. She had injuries to one arm and to her hips and posterior. Police say Melsek runs her own landscape business on Sanibel, and is well-known to many Island residents.
Officer David Jennings of the Fl. Fish and Wildlife Service could not explain why the gator attacked. "It's unusual, but not totally unheard-of," he told WINK. "These attacks happen a few times every year in the state. The woman was very fortunate the neighbor saved her. She's very lucky to survive an attack by a 12-foot gator."
Sanibel Police told WINK News, they had had no complaints about that gator. They did have a report of a gator walking on the road near the scene of the attack last March. But they're not sure that was even the same gator that attacked on Wednesday.
Officers will take the gator carcass to a lab for a necropsy.

In the Name of Jesus I take Dominion over this situation and push back the powers of darknes! Satan you have no power in this situation! In the Name of Jesus Janie Melsek's arm will not be removed, it will regenterate and be whole before the doctors eyes! Her hips and posterior injuries are healed and made whole by the power of the Living God! Thank You Father! Thank You Jesus! AMEN! AMEN!! AMEN!!!!!

We lost her today due to complications with infections, she had her arm amputated yesterday and she died this morning on the operating table. Please pray for her family. God bless
