I want to thank all of you who have been praying for my husband to be saved, and my marraige to be healed. May I please ask for prayer requests for mental health? I have recently been diagnosed with anxiety and placed on medication. I suffer from horrible insomnia and am having a hard time concentrating on my job. Thank you,
Your sister in Christ,Lori

Lord, I pray that you will be with her. Help her through this. Help her to do well at her job and in every day things. I pray that you will continue to work in her marriage and in her husband's life.
Amen

Lord please help this frightened believer. You understand that suffering in the mind and spirit is perhaps one of the most terrifying of afflictions. Please hear our prayers for this believer, calm the spirit, and grant her a peaceful healing sleep this evening.

Father,
Please bless Lori and make her whole. Let her be completely healed of her anxiety and let her sleep restfully each night, so that she may start each day refreshed and renewed in you. Please embrace her Precious Father and bring to her your peace and comfort. Thank-you Father, I ask this prayer in Jesus Holy Name, Amen!!!

Hi Lori,
I know how it is not to be able to sleep. I don't know why either, but I can't get to sleep before 1:00, no matter what time I have to get up the next day. Then I get very sleepy in the daytime when it's not always possible to take a nap. That makes me feel awful-to be sleepy in the daytime!
Even when I take medicine it doesn't help, so I pretty much don't take it anymore.
I will pray for us and our sleeping, finances, stress, etc., and for your husband and his ebay problem.
Sometimes I try to go to sleep at night by turning everything off and just lying there in the dark and put a picture I like in my mind-like a little story. I picture Jesus driving a wagon down an old dirt road and all my pets, friends, and family who passed away are in the back of the wagon waving to me. Jesus stops the wagon and I get on. He smiles at me and then we continue down the road with the clop, clop, clop of the horse's hooves. It brings me peace and I go to sleep.
Maybe you could try that, Lori.
I pray the best for you and your family and your cat.
Love a friend,
Annie
