Urgent prayer to remove shackles off my feet

I need help urgently from God.I have been bornagain for so long yet there is this problem that have persisted in my life.One of my Pastor's called it NEAR-SUCCESS-SYNDROME.Each time something good is coming my way something terrible happens and it seems it gets taken away I need these shackles broken off from my feet.I need to be free and even now I am trying to get into the UK to study for my M.Sc degree in Public Health/Epidermiology but I am afraid.I have to collect awards to compensate for all that I had lost.Help me PLEASE!I need you to do something and send me a reply. from my reach.
Recently at a prayer garthering the LORD revealed that it was like a chain put one my feet(shackles) such that when I am about achieving something great I get pulled back.It happened a lot during my days in the University such that even though my Lectures believed I was the best in my class yet they wondered what always went wrong with my results.I ended up with poor grades beyond their expectations.
I need you to pray that these shackles be removed forever off my feet.I am about to go to the UK to further my studies in Public Health/Epidermiology(M.Sc)but with this problem I may not have the courage to go on.I want to collect awards there so as to compensate for all the loss I have encountered all my life.

There is also such a thing as self fulfilling prophecy... quit speaking this into your life...that this always happens..and speak LIFE! Speak the Word of God!
Dear God, I don’t know every circumstance in this person’s life that has led them here, but You do. I ask Heavenly Father, that You bring about in their life, what is needed to bring them into a closer walk with You. Be Jehovah Jireh to them, their Provider, and Your Grace be sufficient and supply all their needs, according to Your riches & Glory. Let them walk by faith & not by sight, Let their faith turn to trust that God IS answering their prayer, & the prayers offered for them. I ask Dear God, that You give them peace in and through You alone, & do great & mighty works for them, where they KNOW it is from You! Let my prayers for them, prayed in the Spirit be effective, & start changing their circumstances NOW! In the Holy & precious Name above ALL names I pray, the Name of Christ Jesus~ Amen & amen~

Begin to speak against the shackles -- pleading the blood of Jesus Christ and no longer settle in your mind that a problem will arise stopping your progress.\
God of Abraham, Isaac, Jacob give this person absolute faith that Your desire for life is good things. Though I do not know this persons absolute situation, I know you are a God that can do all things. I pray that Your perfect will be worked in this persons life. In the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit.
