God Is Not Deaf To Our Prayers

I would like insight on this from others. I was told when I pray that I should only have to pray my prayer once, and if I had two or more people that agreed with me in prayer and If i Belive I have already recieved what I have asked of the Lord.. My next step should be to praise and thank the Lord continuously, Because I was told if i continue to keep praying the same prayer over that the Lord is not deaf to what I am praying about, and that is doubting what i believed I have already recieved by praying the same prayer over again. So therefore, I would like others input on how they percieve this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!!!! LIsa!!!
