Justice for kids dad, the persons who hurt him be caught, tried and sentenced

We now know that it was two to three men that jumped my ex, my kids dad, and beat him leaving him for dead. He is still critical, and the docs do not give him much hope..but we know God heals, and I will stand on faith for God to do so. I just want to also ask for prayer that justice be done so my kids have closure on that part. We know that one of the men was actually a friend of their dads who he was arguing with for a couple of days because he had told this mans wife some things about him that he did not want her to know. We know he is one of them because he has hired a lawyer and is already claiming self defense, but my ex was pretty much disable already, bad leg and he could not move real well, and two to three men with a axe handle all on one man does not make for self defense..logically. Anyone who can hurt another human being this bad should not be on the streets. Please pray for justice to be done in this matter, that these men be found, arrested, held until trial and justice be served as God would have it. It is hard enough to have a loved one hurt like this, and to lose that loved one is worse yet, and then those who hurt him just get to walk away and go on with nothing done. This is so hard on my kids, I pray God give them justice for their dad, as well as healing and a major change in his life as in coming to know and devote his life to God, become a good man and father to his kids. Healing and justice..please Lord God, please hear our cries.

GOd with you!!! So glad to see you on the board after sometime. I am sure a lot of husbands and wives who walked in here with troubled marriages missed you alot.
My prayers are with your kids and their dad my dear. The Lord shall surely fight for justice.

Yes Kristi, it is hard on your kids, but! Your children are learning to stand fast in the gap for their Dad! For his Healing and for Justice. Your job is to make sure they know how to stand and pray. This does not have to be a tragedy for them, it can be a great Victory in Jesus for them! As their Momma it is your task to guide them in their Faith to the Victory no matter what happens. I know, a hard task but one you have been prepared for, just trust the Lord to help you and He will. Let go of the bad report and hold fast to the God report!
