Update on KaeLyn (StarChilde & Brywolf's daughter)

I want to praise God for the latest news from KaeLyn's doctor appointment yesterday. She seen the pediatric rheumatologist. She said that ALL of KaeLyn's joints were as flexible as they should be, with the exception of a teeny bit yet in her ankles, her right knee...and I CLAIM flexibility and no joint inflammation for those as well. She reduced her prednisone, down to HALF of what it has been since November 2003. She was marvelling at the improvements in KaeLyn's flexibility, in her running, and in her walking, and her jumping which KaeLyn was MORE than happy to share! KaeLyn has grown 1/4 inch, so she is now 35 inches tall, and weighs 31 pounds according to their scale, she said allow for differences in the scales, because last week, she weighed 32.4 pounds. I continue to pray for protection of KaeLyn, that the medications she is on, will only do good and no harm to her body! I claim healing and health for her in the Name and Blood of Christ Jesus! AMEN!
I wanted to thank those who HAVE PRAYED for her, and our family! You all are truly wonderful and we love you all! GOD BLESS YOU!~

I'm glad to hear that everything is so fine.
What exactly does she suffer from and is 35 inches normal for her age cause you mentioned this or is she smaller than other kids?

Frederik, thanks for replying and asking. The doctors have KaeLyn diagnosed with systemic (meaning affecting her whole body,-joints, and internal organs,as well as her eyes) Juvenile Rheumatoid Arthritis, JRA for short. We claim she is healed by Christ Jesus,and by the power of His blood! She is short for her age, in the 25th percentile, meaning 75% of the kids her age are taller than she is. But we are not worried about it.. she is growing in the Lord! Amen!

Won't be on here much for today, or the next few days, as we will be moving. Got to get packing and moving!

I found a pretty simple explanation of this disease, for everybody who might be interested.

The good news is that for every 10 kids with JRA, at least 7 of them outgrow it. And while they have it almost all kids with JRA can control it with medicine and other treatments, which means they can do most things that other kids can do.

This sounds like the chances are not bad.

Or God can heal it totally!!!!AMEN!! I will post KaeLyn's progress when I have time...she was a VERY SICK little girl, with full blown case of JRA... I believe she is healed...despite any lingering symptoms...my confession is that she is healed!

thanks frederik for being concerned enough to look it up. Many would not do that...not dissing anyone on that, but is the truth. Doesn't mean those ppl don't care about it... just don't go surfing the information superhighway... Frederik is a frequent driver on it, eh Frederik? *nudge*nudge* Is ok... is good to learn!

I just wanted to share the wondeful news that KaeLyn's ESR is now at 19!!!
That is the best ever!Normal range is 15-20's range! All her other blood work is normal~ thx for the prayers!
THANK YOU GOD FOR THIS BLESSING! WITHOUT YOU I AM NOTHING!

Father, in Jesus' Name we ask You to continue to cleanse this little one's body of this affliction. Shelter under Your wings as she continues to grow in love and in health. Anoint her little hands for healing and put Your compassion in her heart for other people. Father, in Jesus' Name we ask that You watch over and comfort this whole family in all aspects of their lives. Let them grow stronger every day, in You.

that's ok Goldgrace... we can give honor and praise to God for the miracles of God working in Kaelyn's life... God bless for the prayers...
also pickone...thank you for that word for kaelyn...she is starting to say prayers at night without prompting..is so precious to hear her commune with God... I believe she is anointed in a very special way, to be through so much already....many prayers have been answered in regards to her being healed.Praise God for her healing!!
