needing help

I need to loose 15 pounds now

need healing from moods swings and from deprression i have no friends all my friends use me and run me down

I have been hurt my neighbors who i thought was my friend went behind my back when i asked about something she went and told this other person about what i said? That is really sad you can't trust any one

some of the neighbors only have time for certain people
and not others.

I need real peace and joy and love to over come me and to draw closer to God
