list of censored words

I need a list of Censored Words.

I never was a cursor so I don't know all the words.

Now may I ask you please to help me build this list.
You will have to PM me the list please
so others do not see it.

My filtering system works this way

If I say censore dog it will give
***** for dog.

If someone types in dogma it will give
****ma

I can put the word in these prackets
{dog} and it will only do
dog not the other words.

Now here is my delima.
We just got attacked the last few days with a person
putting other characters to bypass the filters.

so could I get some of you to make a list like this
{dog}
{d.o.g}
{d-o-g}
{d o g}
{do.g}
{d/o/g}
{d*o*g}

The combinations are many but once we get them
then most of this will be automatically done.

I hope you understand what I am trying to say.
I love you guys so much.
I really love what the Lord is doing here so please any help would be loved.

I am working on a program that will automatically
turn off a membership if they have a certain number
of censored words
It will be a safty feature but so far it looks like the program
will cost over $1,000.00

I want to thank all of you who prayed for us during the battle.

UMMMM...

Just a thought about the program to turn a person off when they reach a certain number of censored words... the number would have to be relatively small in order to be effective.

Those of us who write alot of posts can very innocently reach most limits if the censor program takes things like "dog" out of "dogma"... ie... Mr. Cheney's first name is a no no, "assurance" would be missing the first 3 letters and add another tick against us.

And people who don't spell real well or habitually run words together would be up a creek most of the time!

Would there be a way to waive the program's safe guards for cases like that?

Dear Jerry,

I wouldn't worry so much-the Lord always makes sure these evildoers are caught real fast by the warriors so you can ban them.

We are mostly all adults here, and someone coming on like that just re-confirms the demons still in this world.

When I see the work of devils, it strenghtens me to call upon Jesus even more to see us through.

I know it would be great if this prayer site were perfect, but let's face it-no churches or anything in this world itself is perfect except for God's love, and God is guarding this site, so why worry so much and spend money if you don't need to?

Just my opinion, but I'm sure someone will disagree.

Oh well, I'm only telling how I feel.

God bless you and thanks for this site and all your love and care.

Let us ask God to protect us. Then if He allows someone in, still knowing they will be banned, but in the meantime, we must trust that God has allowed it for a reason. How else can we pray, except for the salvation of the offender. God must have had a powerful need for massive prayers quickly for Noxio when he came. He has never had so many prayers for him in his life. The prayers of the righteous availeth much. I could be not seeing the whole picture, and I know the pics this man of evil brought were disgusting....but I and many others prayed for him and shared Christ and his Great Love with him. Noxio or whoever he was, will never be the same again, because God let him through, and arranged that no one could get him off, until the message of Love and Salvation got to him.
I thank God for that opportunity to pray for someone God loves so much!

Yes, I agree with Carol. The problem I had was that the current program nixed words I used, and I don't even like to use slang. So, what happens when I get censored up to the quota of times? I looked at that the first time and went "Hunh?" But I caught on farily quickly how the system worked, and why they banned my word. One word, I don't even know what it means (curse wise) because it's a word that for years has meant the same as "slice" or "cut." So what if I am trying to avoid words I think might get censored and I type in a word that I am clueless as to it having a dirty conotation (sp?).

Besides, if you noticed that guy's posts went through with no little ****, at least the one I saw. How? He left a space in his curse words. The meaning was clear, but by spacing before putting on the last letter, the program did not censor his words! I wondered about the spacing, but caught on right away that he had figured out he would get censored, so he found a way around that.

When he tried to put stuff every
When my phone rang off the hook
When my PM box got filled by you guys
When you started posting everywhere asking for him and his posts to be removed

Yet now you say it is ok.
I am confused.

If somebody comes here and wants to curse then he can also do it, you know? It's impossible to ban every cuss word and every variation.
"**" is a cuss word. What do you wanna do? Ban "**" ? Then what about honor,hold,honey,Idaho,honesty,homerun,horror,.... .

I want the censoring!

My concern was getting banned by accident!

Or at least getting posting privledges taken away because of a 'quota'.

I just wanted to know if there was a way to turn accounts back on if it is only typo's that got them turned off.

I'm sorry...I did not mean to stir up a hornet's nest.
I do believe that someone who comes in here, on the attack should be banned.
I do believe that none of us were scarred for life over what happened.
Evil is Evil...none of us like evil.
The people here immediately grabbed our armor and went to war.
We also prayed for him, which is something we would never have done if he hadn't gotten on here, and raised such havoc.
This is your decision to make. I only threw in my 2 cents worth.
I haven't been here long enough to say anything as to the operating of this awesome prayer haven.

I am incredibly blessed just to get to come here and whatever you decide will be fine with me.

The problem was that there were no moderators on the site for at least 4 hours while this went on. Moderators can't help if they aren't there when the problems start.
I was the one who called Jerry, & I did it because I didn't like the trash that Abnoxio was saying about Jerry, about other ministers, the obscene pictures that were mockery of our Saviour Christ Jesus. If you didn't see them, then you don't know what this site was subjective to for 4+hours.
I encouraged those here to put Abnoxio on ignore, yet new people were coming on all the time, who didn't know of the filth being put on this site. I hate vulgar language, I don't allow it in my home, I don't use it... and it certainly doesn't need to be on a prayer board!
I do however agree with some of the others here...this person got intense and many prayers for their actions. This person was told about the love of Christ Jesus...this person found out that Jesus died for them. I came online shortly after he posted his first thread, & I countered with answering, asking why he was putting such filth on here. It soon become apparent though, that calling him/her on their actions was doing nothing. So, prayers were started for them...it was beautiful to see all of us uniting in prayers for this person trying to disrupt the prayer board.
We came into agreement...we understand it was not a war against flesh and blood, but against principalities and powers of an ungodly source. Praying was the best thing we could have done... praying was the best thing we did do. After all, isn't that what we are here for? TO pray for others? To pray in one accord?

No one would ever be banned by accident.
When you preview the post it shows if you typed a banned word.
The counter would only be on for the words you tried to post not preview.
The counter would also look at how long you have been a partner
The counter would also look at how many post you had
The counter would also look to see if you had ever been banned before and for how long.
Understand I don't usually ban people I just lower their membership

And many more factors would be added before it automatically banned someone.

Because you said that word was a curse word I just banned it.
And as you see it has no effect on the rest of the words you just typed.

I'm all for the censoring. My concern was that my words got cencorsed and I wasn't even trying to cuss. Then, this guy didn't even get his words censored (at least in the one post I saw) because he left a space in them, so the system did not recognize them as bad words. If everyone is telling me (I had to leave just after realizing this person was on here doing this) that these posts were filthy, obviously his words were coming across clearly. I have seen posts that read funny, and I can not figure out what the meaning is, because of the ****s. The meaning in this person's posts was crystal clear. They thwarted the system by leaving spaces before adding the last letter of the word. Because I have personally had my words censored, I saw right away what they were doing. I didn't stop to wonder how they got those words up there, because I noticed the space.

I am not sure what good it does to point that out, because I'm not sure what can be done about it.
