Soldier in Iraq

My brother's best friend, Henry, was just deployed to Iraq. Henry is 25 and engaged to be married. Henry is such a sweet person, peace-loving, etc. He is his mother's only child so this has been incredibly hard on her and everyone who knows and loves Henry.


Please pray for his safe return.

My husband will be deployed soon So I can under stand what henerys mom is going through. Father, I pray for Henry, and for every son and every husband and every father that serves in the military, any area, any place. I ask Lord that the Blood of Jesus be a covering of protection for them. I pray they will find comfort in YOU. I pray they will know there are angels surrounding them. We pray for their safe-keeping every moment of every day. I ask it in the Name of Jesus, our Redemer and Lord...Amen

Father, circle Henry and Rhonda's husband with a hedge of protection that the enemy and his weapons can't get through. Protect them on all sides. Keep hope an joy in their hearts. Lord, for all of our soldiers overseas and even here at home we ask for Your guidance and protection. Put Your armour on them and surround them with a shield of faith and a covering of Your wings. Hold them next to Your heart and return them home safely. In Jesus' Name we ask it....Amen.

Lord, please watch over Henry and all of your children that are in harm's way. Protect them from transgression and from all that would hurt them. Be with their families and with the communities that support them.

Yes, Lord, I agree. Provide all that is needed to protect our Military in Iraq and everywhere else they are, to keep them safe.
Lord, we do pray that the elections will be completed and there will be no loss of life, or deadly attacks, and let it be a valid and honored election.

Jesus Surround Henry with your Angels. Keep him safe and unharmed. Let no weapons formed against him prosper. May he return home soon, whole and happy and the Henry who all know and Love!

You can add their names to the Presidential Prayer Team's list. If you type that in your browser's search engine, you will get the site. It is a dot org. Then you follow the instructions for Adopt-A-Troop. I posted my friend's husband on there (FIRST NAME ONLY!) and he was "adopted" by 16 different people who pray for him daily. I have "adopted" about 10 soldiers whom I pray for daily.

Dear God,
Please protect Henry keep him safe and out of harm's way. Please make his time on deployment go quickly and without incident. Please bring all of our troops home safely. Please protect Rhonda's husband. Please send an angel to watch over him and keep his spirits up. Please intervene an put leaders who are competent, knowledgeable and compassionate in his command.

Father, thank You for keeping Henry safe in Fallujah thus far. I pray continually for angels to stay encamped around him and the fellow men and women soldiers stationed in Iraq, Afghanistan and other places in the world. If any soldier is in need of salvation, I pray that they have a divine encounter with You today. Amen

Thanks so much for praying for Henry Smith. He is my brother's (Chris) best friend who was stationed last year in Fallujah, Iraq last August. Well, praise the Lord he is HOME!!!!!!

Word is that he is home for good. So, praise the Lord that he was able to survive his year-long tour and for bringing home without physical injury.

Please continue to pray for Henry as I am sure that he saw a lot of things that we shouldn't see in our lifetimes.

Yes Lord, I agree with my Sisters prayers.
Thank You for everyone of these brave young men and women serving our country. I also stand in agreement for healings of hearts, minds, spirits, and bodies. Be with all the doctors and rehabilitators that help them to get well. Strengthen them by Your Spirit as many work toward recovery.

Bless their families...Protect those in harms way...Prevent bombs from exploding... and JUST BE GOD>>>I will thank you and praise YOU in All thing even those I do not fully understand...You give faith to keep standing and believing... Because I know YOU ARE GOOD!!!
