prayer for stepdaughter

My prayer is about fathers rights. I pray for a change in the "SYSTEM".
My husband pays child support. He recently had his child. THe mother allowed him finally after 16 years to have his child live with him. She doesn't work. We paid child support and had her with us for over six months. Right after six months was up, the mother came and got her. My husband has no rights to his own child. He had a normal divorce. The mother is addicted to prescription drugs. The child knows this and sees it everyday. The Attorney General could care less. As long as he pays, nothing more is of concern. If he stops paying , he goes to jail. THe mother doesn't have to have a job. I think when mothers remarry, child support stops. My husband pays support. His ex-wife gets 982 a month for her other ex-husbands death benefits, and has a current spouse, whom supports her as well. That child is receiving 3 incomes. MY children are being deprived of the money that goes out, and only have 2 incomes. The system is wrong and unjust. Please jesus, help someone out there, who can and knows what to do, put a halt to this crazy thing they called child support. It is not for the children, but for the people who have an income because of the program. I pray for the mothers of children to be held accountable for supporting themselves and their children they helped to create. I pray for their free ride to end. I pray for them to be treated as others are, and no different. They are not "single" parents, but lazy ones with too many SUPPORT systems.
Jesus, get this child away from this mother who does nothing but feed her with how to do drugs, fight, and not work. I pray for the child to find a way out, safely, and the ability to come to us, without shame.
