Father,

I just wanted to thank You for today. I stepped on the scales after not being on them since the beginning of the month. Imagine my surprise, when the scales show that I have lost 8 pounds!!

Father, thank You so much for this as I have been trying since forever to start to lose some weight and I am encouraged by this.

I praise and thank You so much for this gift of lost weight!!

You are so incrediably wonderful and I praise You.

Wow, I am really happy for you Nina.

Thank You Jesus for Nina's weight lose. May she be encouraged by your answer to her prayers so she may work heard at maintaining it.
