I pray that You will bless their missions and their lives individually that many will turn to You and be saved and truly find their Saviour in their lives and be led to repentence and I pray for all those who have lost loved ones and are mourning for a family member. I pray that You will send a balm of healing to their hearts and You will bless this war effort that we will be able to have success in these missions and assignments. Give the people of Iraq unity and bless all those Christians with a special protection to worship as they have chosen. I pray for our leaders and President Bush and lift them in the power of prayer and protection in their lives, in Jesus Holy name amen.

Father may your kingdom come may Your will be done in all areas of our military. I pray for the guidance of the Holy Spirit to come to counsel in all areas of endeavour. May the captives be set free in the natural as well as the supernatural. It is for Your glory that we are free.

Bless the work of all the leaders who are doing it in Your will for Your purpose and plan. I praise You and thank You for being with each one from the top most to the bottom as they lead and protect. May wisdom come to counsel, may discernment come to show who the enemy is and how to fight. May the God of peace soon come to defeat the enemy underneath their feet.

And most of all may we walk in forgiveness for one another in all areas of life.

My grandson Rob is in preparation to go to Iraq. This is his ultimate desire. He is undergoing stringent training in the Marine Corps. He will be undergoing a trial called ‘the crucible’. He will be on his own under situations of war without food and water for 54 hours. He will be graduating the end of Oct. Please pray with me.

Father I lift Rob to You I ask for a hedge of protection round about him as he undergoes the training he is to complete before he can go to the war zone or where ever he may be sent. I ask for ministering angels to be round about him.

I thank You Lord that You will send Your Holy Spirit to counsel and direct him. Bring to his remembrance that it is not by his doing that he will succeed in his endeavors. Remind him that You are his buckler and shield.

Psalms 91:4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

I thank you for the restoration of the relationship between You and Rob first and then on to the family members. I thank You for a renewed respect coming from the understanding of responsibility. I thank You for healing in the immediate family.

I thank You for being there for him and counseling him. Place the words needed to speak as he encourages his fellow members to do what is needed to complete their training. I thank You for a heart that wants to be right with You and a help to others. I thank You for answering his prayers. I thank You for those ones who will know about Your plan of salvation and about our Lord Jesus Christ through Rob and his witness.

I thank You for a heart of forgiveness in those areas where he has been so hurt and rejected. I bless You Father for Your provisions in all areas of Rob’s life. I praise you for the victory over the plan of the enemy to stop Rob in any way. Thank you for peace for our family as we pray for him. Bless all our family and help them to remember to pray and keep in touch with You in our prayers; and with Rob in letters and cards to encourage him as he completes this part of his growth as a man.

Father God, I agree with these prayers for Rob. Shine a light on other Christians around him so they can strenghten one another in the days ahead.
Thank You for the courage you have given this young man. Give Rob and his leaders keen decernment so he is lead away from all unnecessary danger. Strenghten his family members and other intercessors to pray for him each day. Thanks Again for Your Protection Over Rob and surrounding him with angels of protection.
In Jesus Name.

May our Father in heaven bless and keep you in all ways. Thank you for praying for Rob.

I am so blessed to have been directed by the Holy Spirit to this place where I know my prayers are answered through the support of others who pray in agreement.

Mt 18:18 Verily I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever ye shall loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.

19 Again I say unto you, That if two of you shall agree on earth as touching any thing that they shall ask, it shall be done for them of my Father which is in heaven.

20 For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them.

Your Sis in Christ,
Diney

Dear Heavenly Father, I lift all of the men and women in the war zones this day and pray for a covering and hedge of protection around each and every soldier in all their comings and their goings. I pray that they will have the courage to always put their faith and trust in You and seek salvation first and foremost that things may be squared with You. Bless them for their service rendered and for putting their lives on the line for our freedoms. I pray that You will bless them with success in their missions and dispatch holy angels to guide and give them the power of discernment in all situations. I also pray for all those who mourn the loss of loved ones. May they truly know and feel that their loved one did not die in vain. I ask these things in Jesus Holy name amen.

Thank you to everyone who has prayed for my grandson Rob. He has just graduated his boot camp training and is home for a short while before he is stationed. God's grace has abounded and he came through the training with his spirit lifted and guided by the Lord. I praise and thank Him for a restoration in his relationship with his heavenly Father as well as his relationships with his natural family.

To God be the glory!

FAther,
First, I ask forgiveness as I have not prayed for our military and others in the war zones for awhile. I ask for protection for our men and women still in harms way. I ask for salvations to be part of the war over there. I ask for peace for the families of those who have recently given their life for freedom. Lord, I lift the soldiers who are mourning their fallen comrades before you today give them peace that they may still stand and do their jobs. I ask for protection of their minds from the nightmares and things that come from being in a war zone. FAther, I thank you for David's safe return from Iraq. I pray for Rob's safe return which is scheduled soon. Lord, Bless those who are still fighting and their families and forget not those who have already been over there and take care of them. In Jesus Name,Amen.

Psalms 4:4 Stand in awe, and sin not: commune with your own heart upon your bed, and be still. Selah.
5 Offer the sacrifices of righteousness, and put your trust in the LORD.
6 ¶ There be many that say, Who will shew us any good? LORD, lift thou up the light of thy countenance upon us.
7 Thou hast put gladness in my heart, more than in the time that their corn and their wine increased.
8 I will both lay me down in peace, and sleep: for thou, LORD, only makest me dwell in safety.

Proverbs 15:15
¶ All the days of the afflicted are evil: but he that is of a merry heart hath a continual feast.

Proverbs 4:4
He taught me also, and said unto me, Let thine heart retain my words: keep my commandments, and live.
5 Get wisdom, get understanding: forget it not; neither decline from the words of my mouth.
6 Forsake her not, and she shall preserve thee: love her, and she shall keep thee.
7 Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom: and with all thy getting get understanding.
8 Exalt her, and she shall promote thee: she shall bring thee to honour, when thou dost embrace her.
9 She shall give to thine head an ornament of grace: a crown of glory shall she deliver to thee.
10 Hear, O my son, and receive my sayings; and the years of thy life shall be many.
11 I have taught thee in the way of wisdom; I have led thee in right paths.
12 When thou goest, thy steps shall not be straitened; and when thou runnest, thou shalt not stumble.
13 Take fast hold of instruction; let her not go: keep her; for she is thy life.

Father I too ask for forgivenss for not praying for the ones who are preserving peace and poviding protection. Bless them and let You Holy Spirit come to counsel in all areas where it is needed. Let their hearts and ears be quick to hear what they need in order to do what is needed in the time of need.

I speak peace, comfort, saftey, provision, and a heart toward You.

Father I pray for those ones we consider to be the enemy. I speak Your word over them. Help us to know the time to bless even in times of war.
Matthew 5:44 But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;
Luke 6:28 Bless them that curse you, and pray for them which despitefully use you.
Romans 12:14 Bless them which persecute you: bless, and curse not.

Father,
I am grateful for those who are still out there and I ask blessing on their wives and children give them peace and a feeling of protection of the Lord. Father, I remember when my man was over there and how difficult it was at times so FAther today some woman somewhere is missing her man so much and praying for his safety I ask you add my humble prayer to hers and protect him. I ask you wrap your arms around her as she hides the tears from her children and comforts them all the time feeling like she is helpless (save for God). Bottle all her tears and love on her today as you did me in my time of trial. In Jesus Name,Amen.

Dear Lord, I thank You for those who fight for our freedoms! Just as the young men wanted to run off and join the malitia and fight for our freedom from England, so young men (and women) want to join up and fight for our freedoms today. I know some who just joined or want to join -- my nephews and someone I work with and the brother of someone I work with for four. Lord, they know what's at stake. Yet, they risk all for the American dream of freedom.

Lord, I pray that You will protect our men and women at war. I pray that You will fight for America, and that You will bring our troops home, soon, from forgein lands. We must stay the course, not pull out too soon, yet, I pray for victory, that our soliders may come home.

Father, I pray for all those from the His Place family who fight over in Iraq or another foreign land. I ask that angels will protect them and keep them and that they will return home safely.

I pray for the salvation of soliders. Do not let any die and go into a Christless eternity, but set about reaching them for salvation. Keep them alive and safe for their days of salvation. I pray to see many, many saved, even as Blain (brother of my co-worker) was saved, though he is not yet deployed.

I pray that Blain may be a witness to his family, as they are not Christians. His Sister has only commented that he was saved and is now reading his Bible and attending church.... Lord, let this entire family be transformed by You because of the testimony of this young man.

Father, I commit our soldiers into Your keeping and care. In Jesus Name, amen.

I stand in total agreement. Lord let Your will be done. I thank You for a close relationship with all Your children as they seek to protect freedom of those who are in bondage naturally and in the spirit.

I especially thank You for the renewed relationship between you and my special Marine, Rob. Bless and keep him in Your loving care.

Dear Lord in Heaven, I pray over all the men and women in serving our country this day and especially those that are in harms way that their lives may be spared and they will be safe and have the angels to surround them in their missions and in all their comings and goings. I pray for salvation for each and every person that they may come unto Christ and be healed of their sins and receive the power of salvation fully in their lives and be led to all truth and righteousness. I pray for the families of those who have given their all for their God and country. I pray that they may heal and be comforted and find strength and rest to their souls. This time of year always takes me back in time to December 1966. My brother Calvin was home on leave from the Army. He was preparing to go to Viet Nam.

None in the family spoke about what could be when he went there. I think we just wanted to erase any thought of it from our minds and enjoy the time we had to share.

Calvin shopped fire wood for our home to be heated. He loaded it in where it needed for use. He did all sorts of love offerings.

While he was at work I remember baking a jelly roll for him. He did love to eat. I can see his precious face smiling and showing so much love to each of us.

When it came time to go to the bus a neighbor took us. I went with him as our mother could not bear to go. While we were waiting for him to board the bus the street light truned red and there was our step father in his car. I have to wonder what was going through his mind as he watched the tall young soldier standing there about to board. He too had served in the Army in World War II. The relationship was very estranged between the verteran and the young soldier one who was about to be deployed. No hello - no Goodbye.

My brother had a great relationship with the Lord and I know he is with Him. He was mortally wounded on January 29th 1967.

I want to thank my brother for wanting to do what he could for a purpose he did not understand other than the fact it was his duty as a soldier to serve.

I still don't know why we had to be in that conflict don't care. I just want to remember an honorable man who served and gave the best he had for those he loved. Calvin was 20 when he gave his supreme sacrifice.

I want to share a little bit of what I believe to be a confirmation from our Lord. We never went to church or learned anything about the Lord other than the few things our Mother shared about Him not giving you more than you can bare and other bits of info she had learned from her grandmother.

The night before the funeral I picked up my step grandmother's bible and opened it to read what ever might be on the page. It was about a man named Job. I did not understand it; but I felt it was meant for me to read.
During the message at Calvin's funeral the Pastor read about that same man named Job. I felt a keen sense that God was talking to me and I was comforted. I thank Him now for that time He shared with me in the quiet of the nite when his teen aged daughter sought in her desperation and found Him there reaching out to give her a message she was yet to understand.

I pray for my Mother at this time of year. Father give her peace and send Your Holy Spirit to console her. The years have never taken away her pain of his loss. It is a comfort to know Calvin is with You.

I ask for forgiveness of any unforgiveness that my be hidden deep within. I ask for a special touch for all those ones who have gone through the loss of a loved one.

Father,
I have been praying for the men and women overseas but want to lift them before you agian. I pray for Joshua my Uncle Joe's Nephew(uncle by marriage). I ask you to protect him and bring him back to Edward and Josie unharmed. He is young and scared Lord and rightly so. I don't know if he knows you cause I don't even know him personally. I ask you to protect all those who are at this holy season in such danger and places where you are not praised and worshipped for fear of death. I ask you to change the spiritual atmosphere over Iraq and the rest of the middle east where they worship false diety. Father, I lift all the men and women before you today who proudly where the uniform of the red, white, and blue. God bless and keep them safe in this time of great war. In Jesus Name,AMen.

Dear Heavenly Father, I come in agreement for the men and women from our country and others serving with them in the Armed Forces -- in particular for those in the midst of battle, for those who have suffered injuries, and for all the families. We pray for individuals in the war who are being lifted before You on this prayer board and thank You for those who have returned home safely. We pray for the families of those who have been killed in the conflicts. Through all the hard times may many Christians be drawn closer to You and many who are not believers accept Jesus as Savior through repentance and faith. May Muslims be won to You. Help the people in the areas devastated by the war in their struggles for survival. We pray for healing of bodies and spirits of military and civilian. Most surely we ask that the hands of terrorist to be tied. Give President Bush, his Cabinet, and US and allied military commanders clarity in decision making. Grant peace in individual hearts in the midst of the strife and suffering. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

O dear gracious God, have mercy on these heroes! Please have mercy upon Kim-Hoan Thi Nguyen as she grieves the loss of her son Marine Corporal Binh Le. Please grant her residency in the United States. Her son laid down his life for his fellow American soldiers. So what if she gave him up for adoption to his uncle and aunt. She deserves mercy. Her heart is too broken to move back to Vietnam. She needs to be able to visit her son's grave so she can continue to mourn him. Have mercy upon her Lord. Please keep the rest of our soldiers safe. Comfort other familes who lost loved ones in the war. Please don't allow anymore service men to be killed. Let this war be over so soldiers can come home and Iraqis can be free. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Lord, send angels to watch over and protect our men and women wherever they are serving. I pray that any artillery used against them will be deflected and sent away from them. Let the soldiers be in good health and comfortable. Let them be well fed and in touch with You for all things. In Jesus' Name I pray...Amen.

Dear God, please give comfort to and have your will in the lives of the members of Corporal Le's family. Thank you for his sacrifice made for our country and that of Iraq. Help that the right decisions are made about his parents' staying in the US. May this family know the Savior's abiding love. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

Corporal Binh N. Le, 20, of Alexandria, Virginia
Corporal Matthew A. Wyatt, 21, of Millstadt, Illinois
Both Marines died December 3, 2004,
from injuries received as result of enemy action in Al Anbar Province, Iraq.
They were assigned to 5th Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 2nd Marine Division, II Marine Expeditionary Force,
Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

Kim-Hoan Thi Nguyen and Lien Van Tran gave up their son for adoption to an aunt and uncle so he could emigrate with them.
Le was proud, too, of his adopted country, his uncle Luong La of Dale City, Virginia, said. He became a U.S. citizen while serving his first tour in Iraq, and he hoped to sponsor his parents to join him in this country. "That was his dream," La said.
Le called home often to speak with his American family -- Thanh Le and Hau Luu, the aunt and uncle who brought him to this country and legally adopted him, and La and his wife, Tuc-cuc Thi Tran.
Le was small and slender, quick and energetic, recalled Lynn Hall, his pastor at Lorton's Gunston Bible Church. Le and Hall's son Joe had been close friends since Le joined the church as a boy, Hall said.
Le was known as a talented musician. He played drums, and in junior high school he formed a band with a cousin and Joe Hall. After the band broke up, he picked up keyboards and played both instruments for the church.
Le told church members that he helped secure a bridge south of Baghdad during the initial invasion of the country in 2003 and was greeted kindly by the people there. "He said the Iraqi people were so glad they were there it just about put him in tears," Hall recalled.
After Le's death, he was awarded U.S. citizenship in a ceremony at which speakers lauded his valor.
The parents are divorced but would like to remain in the United States to be close to their son's grave, Nguyen said.
Rep. James P. Moran, D-Va., said he is working to offer citizenship to Le's parents, which could require congressional action. "I think this is a compelling enough case that we can get a single bill for citizenship for his parents," Moran said. "They certainly deserve it."

Dear God, especially at this Independence Day, my thoughts are for those who are serving in my stead in the hotspots of the world. I am most grateful to them and their families from whom they are separated. O Lord, please be near to them and help in all problems presented them by the situations in which they find themselves. May they each know You in a very real and near way, and may they know their sacrifices are recognized and appreciated. I pray their spiritual, emotional, and physical needs can be met.
Please bless all our servicemembers in Iraq, Afghanistan, and other parts of the world. I pray more and more of them can know Jesus as Savior. As they serve together, be with Christian chaplains and all Christians in the military in leading many to salvation.
Please be with those still suffering from injuries and with their families in all adjustments. I pray our country provides for all needed medical and therapy treatments and equipment.
Please hold close to You all those in bereavement from the death of a family member or dear friend in service to our country.
May all our leaders know what decisions to make. We pray that the Christian leadership seek Your direction.
Help that more needs in the war-torn areas can be met. We pray for an end to interruptions to daily life, injuries, and deaths from bombings.
Bless all who are serving for us around the world -- defending our freedoms for which we are most grateful. Help us to ever depend on You and seek Your will.
In the name of Jesus, Amen.

President Bush enjoyed a jog on the South Lawn track with Sgt. Christian Bagge, a devout Christian who had both legs amputated after an IED exploded near him while on patrol in Iraq last year. (It all started in January 2006 with a presidential visit to Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, TX, a unique rehabilitation hospital for amputees. While meeting the troops President Bush greeted 23-year-old Christian Bagge, a double amputee from Oregon. Bagge was still learning to use his new prostheses when he met the President. After the customary greeting, Bagge told the President he wanted to run with him. Even though the President has had to give up jogging for mountain biking due to a bad knee, he agreed to make an exception for Bagge, believing that he would be an inspiration to other amputees....)

Pray for all our veterans who are recovering from life-changing injuries and pray for the President as he continues to travel and meet with veterans, seeking to express the gratitude of the nation.....
Pray for the President as he celebrates Independence Day with troops at Ft. Bragg, NC
and returns to the White House for another celebration and fireworks...
As our nation celebrates Independence Day, pray that all Americans will offer thanks to God for the blessings of our freedom....
As President Bush and Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld have now met with Gen. Casey, commander of operations in Iraq, pray for these leaders and others as they discern how best to manage the eventual withdrawal of our troops. As our nation debates the issue of troop withdrawal and many voices clamor to be heard, pray that our leaders will make the very best decision to protect our troops and ensure security and the continued growth of Iraq. Pray for complete victory in Iraq, for the continued strengthening of the Iraqi government, security forces and infrastructure....
As the Senate has failed to pass a flag desecration amendment to be ratified by states, pray that all Americans will honor our flag and in so doing will honor those who sacrifice for our freedom. Pray that there will be a great upsurge of honor and reverence for our flag and our nation during this July 4th weekend.
Pray also for safety for all Americans as they travel and celebrate this wonderful holiday....
Pray for our troops as they work to strengthen and advance freedom and democracy in the world, asking God to protect and preserve each one. Pray that each will know the gratitude of our nation and other countries of the world they work to assist. Pray that the insurgency in Iraq will subside.

Merciful God of the universe, I humbly come before You as Your unworthy servant bought out of slavery to sin by the blood of the cross of my Redeemer Jesus Christ. Heavenly Father, forgive me all my sins and debts and cleanse me of all unrighteousness and accept this petition for deliverance of the three soldiers taken captive this past week in Iraq.

Lord God, these three souls have been taken hostage by the forces of the terrorists. Please be with them in this time of anguish for them and their families. Deliver them safely from their captors, just as You delivered Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego from the furnaces of Nebuchadnezzar. Free them unharmed and return them to us quickly. I ask the Holy Spirit to intercede for these three soldiers and give utterance to God’s ears of the things we don’t know to ask for them. Make petition Holy Spirit, by the power and grace of our Lord and High Priest Jesus Christ and let Jesus take this petition before the throne of God in heaven on their behalf. I ask all the saints and the Holy spirit to stand in agreement with this prayer for these three brave soldiers and I claim the promise and victory of Jesus that whenever two or more saints agree on anything on earth, that it shall be done by our Father in heaven. I ask in faith and believing in the most precious holy name of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. amen

Father, I stand in agreement with this prayer. Move mightily by Your Spirit and Your angels to keep these three soldiers safe and to bring them out of captivity.

Alos, dear Lord, I pray that You release an angel called Finished and angel called Done into Iraq, that this skirmish may be over. Let the terroritsts and bombers and insurgents and others be subdued. I pray You bring an END to this in this year of completion, 2007.

Keep soldiers safe around the world; let deaths be at a minimum. Give these fighting men and women a chance to come to repentance unto salvation in Jesus Christ. Keep them alive, so they are given that chance. Or if they are saved, release angels and Your Spirit and Your blood and our prayers as a continual protection over them. Keep them safe, protected and alive, and let them live and not die and tell the good things The Lord has done for them. Give us mighty testimonies through the lives of soldiers the whole world over.

We have been praying every day for the President and I would like to ask us all to start praying for the men and women who are fighting, living and dying in the war zones.

Our prayers can make a difference!

God alone can cause Peace in these war torn countries and He can only move to put a stop to the horror when His people come to Him in pray to ask for mercy and peace.

When we pull together the load moves easily. Please let us come together in prayer to move the heart of terror and replace it with the love of God.

Eternally gracious and merciful God of the universe, blessed is Your holy name. Be with these fine young people who are sacrificing all they have or ever will have to help defend the Iraqi people and the spread of our way of democracy. Send Your heavenly angels to bind all their adversaries and prevent the minions of the evil one from inflicting any harm on anyone other than themselves. Neutralize all the explosives and ammunition of the muslim terrorists so they have nothing to fight with.

I ask again for the release and safe return of three soldiers taken captive last week. Send a legion of angels to surround them and protect them from all harm. I claim the promise of Jesus that whatever we ask in His name, it shall be done for us by our Father in heaven according to Your perfect will. All these things I pray in the most precious holy name of our Redeemer, Jesus Christ. Amen and amen and amen.

Lord give protection to each individual that is serving our country overseas. Lord so many families have sent family members overseas to protect and to do what is needed to help protect other families and their members. Lord guide and direct them in a safe way and show them how to be safe and look for each other. Lord give them peace and keep them alert to all that is going on around them in their field of training. Lord give the families here at home peace about all that is going on where their family member is and let them feel Your presence and know that You are in control of everything that is happening where their family member is. Lord watch over each one and comfort those that need comforting. Lord please bring home as soon as possible the soldiers that are overseas.

Amen

Gracious Heavenly Father, Almighty and most Merciful Jehovah-Sabaoth, blessed be Your holy name. Thank You Lord for this day and the countless blessings You shower us with, especially the ones we don't know about that we receive from others prayers. Thank You for another opportunity to be of service to Your kingdom and our fellow saints. Forgive us all for our sins and iniquities and cleanse us of all unrighteousness. Make us new and acceptable in Your sight again. Fill us up with Your Holy Spirit so that we can all know Your will and purpose for our lives today.

Father, I ask that You would send an angel called Finished and angel called Done into the war zones around the world. Bring these wars to completion in the year of completion, 2007. I pray that 2008, the year of new beginnings, will usher in a period of revival sweeping the nations. Bring this fray in Iraq to an end, that American soldiers and all co-alition forces may return home. I pray for the soldiers in Afghanistan to be brought home as well.

Keep our soldiers and all who fight to be protcted and safe. Bring them from the battle lines as soon as possible. Save them alive unto their days of salvation. Or let them live and tell the good works of The Lord.

In Jesus Name, amen.

Lord God Almighty, I come to You in faith and believing in Your divine goodness and Your limitless power over all the universe to ask that You would wait no longer to resolve the conflict in the middle east and especially in Iraq and Afghanistan. All the governments involved know that nothing they can do can end this senseless killing and violence. Move in a mighty way and bless this area with Your grace and mercy, so that all the people of the world will know that it was by Your hand that peace has finally come to their lives and not by anything that any man has done other than to ask You for it.

Lord, keep sodiers around the world safe and protected by angels. I pray our prayers will keep them covered. I ask, Lord, that men and women will come out of the war zones with testimonies of God's protection. Save them alive unto their days of salvation. Let those who are already saved return to tell of God's protection and to fulfill the further purposes for which You have put them on the earth. Send forth an angel called Finished and an angle called Done, in this year of completion 2007. Amen sister Carolyn amen, I stand in the gap and in total agreement with your prayer.

Dear Heavenly Father, your Word says,”Because the spoiler is come upon her, even upon Babylon, and her mighty men are taken, every one of their bows is broken:for the Lord God of recompences shall surely requite.” Jeremiah 51:56.O Lord God,to whom vengeance belongeth;O God, to whom vengeance belongeth show thyself.Ps.94:1.They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood. But the Lord is my defence;and my God is the rock of my refuge. And He shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness;Yes the Lord our God shall cut them off. I pray for a wall of protection to surround our soldiers.Let the enemy be cut off.I pray for the peace of Jeruselem and I pray for the peace of Iraq.AMEN!

I add this repeated prayer for the missing soldiers being held captive.

Lord God, there are three souls that have been taken hostage by the forces of the terrorists. I ask in faith and believing in the most precious holy name of our Lord and Savior Christ Jesus. amen

Lord, I ask that soldiers are protected and kept safe. Let there be a minimum of loss of life. Send forth angels to protect those we pray for, and release special angels to all those who have no-one praying for them. I pray that soldiers will live and not die and tell the good things God has done for them. Let their lives be a testimony of how You protected them on the battle field.

I pray angels called Finished and Done are released that these wars may come to an end in this year of completion, 2007.

I ask and pray,

Dear Lord, Watch over the Men and Women in the war. Protect them from danger. Protect all the innocent people that are in harms way. Guide the government and leaders involved so that everyone fighting in the war can come home to their families and loved ones.

Praying for those involved in the war, for wisdom, guidance and protection and peace in their hearts and the hearts of their families and loved ones. Also praying for speedy and complete healing for any who have been (and sadly, in some cases inevitably will be) injured.

Father, We worship you and give you praise. Father I wish to bring our troops before your throne. Father I thank you for each and everyone of them for answering the call placed upon their lives to serve and protect their fellow man and country. Thank you for the sacrifice they and their families make in defence of the defenceless. Father, I ask for a special blessing for each and everyone of them.
Father, I ask that you hide them under the shadow of your wing and give them supernatural protection both physically and mentally. I ask that you become a strong tower to them and their families during their time of separation. Give them a peace which surpasses understanding.
For the families of our fallen heroes I ask that you give them the kind of comfort that only you can give. I ask that you give them sure knowledge that there are no atheists in fox holes and that they will be united again with their loved ones. I also ask that you make every provision for their needs before they become problems and that you become the father to the fatherless and the husband of the widow. Help the mothers, fathers, brothers, sisters an friends in their loss and grief and send angels to comfort them.
To the people and countries where war is going on I ask also that you protect the innocent from harm. Give them the wisdom, knowlege, and resources to set up the government you have chosen for them. Give them strong and wise leaders and where their is despair give them hope for a better future.
Father I have a special request on behalf for all the war torn. In times past you have confounded the enemy. I'm asking the same for them now. The explosive, incendiary devices and car bombers are taking a deadly toll on soldiers and innocent people. Father, I'm asking for divine intervention on the destruction of these weapons of destruction. I'm asking that you put these weapons out of commission for good. I know nothing is impossible for you and I'm praising you in advance for your faithfulness to answer this prayer from my heart. May your glory rule in these war torn nations. In Jesus might name we pray. Amen

Blessings To You,
Stephany

Brothers and sisters,
Here's a copy of an email that was sent to me from a prayer group called the Baghdad Prayer Patrol, that I subscribe to. It is more a tribute than a prayer request, but I thought I would share it with you. It filled my eyes with tears of sorrow and at the same time a sense of admiration and deep gratitude.

Diary of A Last and Final Flight Home

February 17, 2007,
0350
I was at curbside at 24th and M, Washington DC . 16 Degrees with a light breeze. Going home after my second week of freezing temps to my warm home in SoCal. Take a walk on the beach, ride a horse, climb a mountain and get back to living. I'm tired of the cold.

0425
paying the taxi fare at Dulles in front of the United Airlines counter, still cold.

0450
engaged the self-serve ticker machine and it delivers my ticket, baggage tag and boarding pass. Hmmm, that Marine over there is all dressed up in his dress blues a bit early this morning... "Good Morning Captain, you're looking sharp." He says, "Thank you, sir."

Pass Security and to my gate for a decaf coffee. A quick check of the flight status monitor and UA Flt 211 is on time. I'm up front, so how bad can that be? Hmmm, there's that same Marine. He must be heading to Pendleton to see his lady at LAX for the long weekend, all dressed up like that. Or maybe not. I dunno.

The speaker system announces "Attention in the boarding area, we'll begin boarding in 10 minutes, we have some additional duties to attend to this morning, but we'll have you out of here on time."

The Marine Captain has now been joined by five others. BINGO, I get it, he's not visiting his lady, he's an official escort. I remember doing that once, CACO duty. I still remember the names of the victim and family, The Bruno Family in Mojave - all of them, wow, that was 24 years ago.

On board, 0600:
"Good morning folks, this is the Captain. This morning we've been attending to some additional duties, and I apologize for being 10 minutes late for push back, but I believe we'll be early into LAX. This morning it is my sad pleasure to announce that 1st LT Jared Landaker, USMC will be flying with us to his Big Bear home in Southern California. Jared lost his life over the skies of Iraq earlier this month, and today we have the honor of returning him home along with his mother, father and brother . Please join me in making the journey comfortable for the Landaker family and their uniformed escort. Now sit back and enjoy your ride. We're not expecting any turbulence until we reach the Rocky Mountain area, but we'll do what we can to ensure a smooth ride. For those interested, you can listen in to our progress on Channel 9."

Click Channel 9: "Good morning UA 211. You are cleared to taxi, takeoff and cleared to LAX as filed."

4 hours and 35 minutes later over Big Bear Mtn, the AB320 makes a left roll, a steep bank and then one to the right-Nice touch. Nice tribute. Five minutes out from landing, the Captain comes on the speaker : "Ladies and Gentlemen, after landing I'm leaving the fasten seatbelt sign on, and I ask everyone to please yield to the Landaker family. Please remain seated until all members of the family have departed the aircraft. Thank you for your patience. We are 20 minutes early."

On roll out, I notice red lights, emergency vehicles approaching. We're being escorted directly to our gate, no waiting, not even a pause. Out the left window, a dozen Marines in full dress blues. A true class act by everyone, down to a person. Way to go United Airlines for doing things RIGHT, Air Traffic Control for getting the message, and to all security personnel for your display of brotherhood.
When the family departed the aircraft everyone sat silent, then I heard a lady say,"God Bless you and your family, and thank you." Then a somber round of applause. The Captain read a prepared note from Mrs. Landaker to the effect, "Thank you all for your patience and heartfelt concern for us and our son. We sincerely appreciate the sentiment. It's good to have Jared home."

After departing the aircraft I found myself along with 30 others from our flight looking out the lobby window back at the plane. Not a dry eye. It was one of the most emotional moments I've ever experienced. We all stood there silently, and watched as Jared was taken by his honor guard to an awaiting hearse. Then the motorcade slowly made it's way off the ramp.

I realized I had finally seen the silent majority. It is deep within us all. Black, Brown, White, Yellow, Red, we're all children, parents, brothers, sisters, etc - we are an American family.

Official Report : February 7, 2007, Anbar Province, Iraq .. 1st LT Jared Landaker United States Marine Corps, from Big Bear California, gave his live in service to his country. Fatally wounded when his CH-46 helicopter was shot down by enemy fire, Jared and his crew all perished. His life was the ultimate sacrifice of a grateful military family and nation.

His death occurred at the same time as Anna Nicole Smith, a drug-using person with a 7th grade education, of no pedigree, who dominated our news for two weeks while Jared became a number on CNN.
And most unfortunately, Jared's death underscores a fact that we are a military at war, not a nation at war.
It has been said that Marines are at war. America is at the mall.

1st LT Landaker, a man I came to know in the skies over America on 17 February 2007, from me to you, aviator to aviator, I am unbelievably humbled. It was my high honor to share your last flight. God bless you.

A M E N

and AMEN!
