Dear Prayer friends,
I want to sincerely thank all of you who prayed for my marriage. It looks like God has different plans for us, cuz He is not intervening. I am hopeless and the sadness and grief I feel is too much to bear. Frank is going to move out by Nov 1, I am going to sell my house and move in with my dad until I can figure out my next step. I don't get it, why doesn't God want to restore this marriage? It would be so easy for Him. He knows Frank and I love each other, we just can't resolve anything and now our lives are falling apart. He will go his way and I mine, and I feel like the last 7 years have meant nothing.
You guys and gals out there are awesome! I wish that I could actually get together with some of you. I'm completely distraught, not unlike so many others out there. You know, this wouldn't hurt so bad if I wasn't still in love with him.
Thanks again for praying for me and Frank.

Sometimes in our darkest moment we can not see Gods hand but it is there. He does want to heal your marriage but has given the two of you free will. Why do you have to resolve all your issues now? Can't you take things slower? What are your issues that are so hard, that you can't let go for the sake of Love or work on in time? God does work miracles. Don't waiver. I know you hurt. I know you'd just like to feel safe and secure. Here is a miracle that happened with my grandma. Its not the same but all we could see was the blackest night.

God does work miracles in the face of all adversity when all is lost according to the world and all is lost according to our eyes. My grandmother coded at the hospital.

She stopped breathing and had a respiratory code.
Her blood pressure could not be completely heard even with a microphone.They registered her as 50/0.
Her cardiac output which is how much blood the heart is actually squeezing out was down to almost nothing.
Her brain started dying and the seizures and strokes came.
Her kidneys failed
Heart, lungs, brain, kidneys all dying.

The doctors said she just has an hour or two before she died. She was in a coma except for the violent throws of the seizures. My sister and I prayed over her. We are two just regular folk, not ministers or anything. We said God we aren't ready and we are asking for her healing. We kept our eyes on the Lord, not on what we were seeing and not on what was said to us. We stood there all night praising God and thanking God, and the hours ticked by. Blood squirted from her nose with each seizure. They kept coming every 10-20 minutes. The next day as the sun was rising, her body turned on. Suddenly she had a blood pressure, her bladder bag filled meaning her kidneys were starting to work. The seizures stopped. Her cardiac output returned. The doctor was shocked to see us still there and ran to her side. She remained on a respirator in a coma for 3 days. She moved but only on one side. They thought she would be paralized from the strokes and seizures. My sister said no God doesn't do anything half way. After 3 days my grandmother came off the respirator and wanted her glasses to see the television and watch her shows. She regained all movement immeadiately. The only thing was she didn't remember being in intensive care for the two weeks prior. She saw the other side. She saw family members waiting for her. She heard us call her back and we had her for 2 more years. She was MAD at us for doing that and asked why we had to!! Perhaps it was to have this story to tell you now. To tell you, God heals when all is lost. He is bigger than it all. To tell you, we aren't forever separated, but just for a time, because life is eternal. With Jesus we have eternal life. He makes it possible. Praise him!

God can heal the two of you, why don't the two of you make the decision to let him? __________________

Susan, just because you haven't seen the answer you want to, doesn't mean your prayers have not been heard. God does things in HIS time, and not ours, His thoughts are not ours, and His ways are not ours... have faith...do not give up even if it seems bleak.

Isa 55:8 For my thoughtsare not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD.

Isa 55:9 For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Isa 55:10 For as the rain cometh down, and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, that it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater:

Isa 55:11 So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.

Dear God, May YOUR WILL be done in this situation WITHOUT any interference from the enemy at all, may YOUR WILL PREVAIL! I PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST OVER THIS WHOLE SITUATION AND FAMILY! I apply the Blood of Jesus to this problem and bind its power to remain. There is power in Jesus' Blood to set everything right, satan. Jesus' Blood works now to remove every evil work. I hold the Blood of Jesus against you satan, and declare on God's Word that it overcomes you, and that you flee.I ask this in the name above all others- Christ Jesus~

1 God is our refuge and strength,
an ever-present help in trouble.
2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth give way
and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea,
3 though its waters roar and foam
and the mountains quake with their surging.
Selah

4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God,
the holy place where the Most High dwells.
5 God is within her, she will not fall;
God will help her at break of day.
6 Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall;
he lifts his voice, the earth melts.

7 The LORD Almighty is with us;
the God of Jacob is our fortress.
Selah
May the Lord keep you safe during this time as you abide under His shadow.
Blessings

I know how it feels to be where you are right now. The questioning and the wondering and the standing for the reconcilation of your marriage. Then I realized the Lord it trying to teach me something in all of this. I know that there are times that the Lord shows this just WONDEROUS display of His miracles. And it IS awesome, but then there are times, when things take longer than WE would like them to. At least for me, it is during those times I feel the Lord tell me that He wants me to get to know Him deeper and deeper. It is during those times that we lean totally and utterly upon Him, which is where we SHOULD ALWAYS be! So it is these times that the Lord is drawing us NIGH to Him. Even when it doesn't feel that way. Even when all around us is swirling and confusion and pain is all we see....We MUST lean upon HIM. We MUST draw strength from Him and HIm alone, not from ANYONE else. He WILL walk You through this, every step of the way. You must TRUST Him that where He is leading You completely lines up with His will.

I hear You saying that You desire to stay with Your husband, and that you love him deeply. I do not know the circumstances that have led to this situation. Claim His promises in Your marriage, in Your life. Allow the Lord to pour a FRESH anointing into you and breathe a breath of LIFE into your marriage. Not only will you experience MORE than YOU HAVE ever experienced, but the Lord will teach you patience and perseverence. He will gird you with all the tools that you will ever need to fight this spiritual battle. I am praying for you and your husband.

God Bless,

Shalu

Dear sister susan:

Surrender your marriage to Jesus!

He will heal you both!

He has the power to do so!!

Let Jesus be the conciliation for your marriage!!

surrender to HIS CARE!!!

Please read this, it will help your situation.

The believer who doesn't surrender to God is the one who wants to change and tries like crazy to change but is unable to. Wants desperately to lead a Godly life but unfortunately fails over and over. It is the Christian who refuses to surrender completely that finds the obstacles coming into his life much to difficult to overcome, the mountains much to tall to climb, the pitfalls far too deep to cross, the storms much too severe, and the pressures and temptations of this world far too strong.

Ask yourself this question. If you get angry a lot and you find yourself frequently on your knees begging God to make you stronger, then why doesn't God help you? Or if you are short on patience and you find that you seem to be asking God all too often to please give you more patience, then why doesn't he? Or if the lure of that alcohol is so very strong, and even though you have prayed over and over to God to make you stronger, then why doesn't he?

And the answer is a simple, because you have not surrendered or you have not stayed surrendered to Jesus Christ. There are a great many extremely interesting verses all through the Bible that talk about this, and a very good one is John 5:30, where it says, "I can do nothing on my own".

God wants you out of options. He wants you to finally realize that your efforts are hopeless, that your skills and status are immaterial. That all your money is useless, and that your many friends are of absolutely no help. For when you do, then this will be the point in time when the last of your pride fades away and this will be the moment when you begin to realize that God just may be the only answer. This will also be the time when you begin to realize that there is hope and peace and a great deal of tranquility in those outstretched arms of Jesus Christ. For it is now that you begin to surrender, and when you surrender you allow the Son of God into your life.

You just cannot live a Godly life on your own. Only when a believer surrenders their life to Jesus Christ and has him living and reigning within them, can they be successful in accomplishing the hopes of God that are expressed in 2 Corinthians 7:1, where it tells us, "Beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and of the spirit."

So for the person surrendering, a commitment to obedience is almost automatic. Because surrendering means that you will look to the Scriptures for guidance, and that you will strive to obey every command you find there. It means that you will pray because the very Word of God tells you to pray. You will respect and submit to governing authorities because God tells you to. You will take seriously your responsibilities as a Christian citizen and stand up for truth and righteousness. You will submit to what the Bible says about marriage and divorce. You will respect plant and animal life, doing your best to carry out your responsibility to rule over and protect the earth as God's representatives. And thus, upon surrendering, you become a willing tool, allowing God to use you for service unto himself, so that he may be glorified in your life. And it is at this point where the lifestyle of Jesus Christ becomes your lifestyle.

It is not until you surrender your life fully and completely to Christ that God can bless you as much as he really wants to. It is not until you allow yourself to become completely dependent upon Jesus that you can recognize and appreciate the blessings that God The Father sends into your life. Only then will you truly become a child of God's, one of the King's kids. Only when you give yourself fully to Christ, only when Our Lord is allowed into every area of your life, will you be able to accomplish the amazing things that God The Father has planned for you. The gifts of God all pass through Jesus before they get to us; and all our prayers, petitions, and thanksgivings all pass through Jesus Christ before they get to the Heavenly Father.

It is not until your completely surrender to Jesus Christ that you can speak with truth, verses like Psalms 73:23-24. "You have taken hold of my right hand and you guide me with your counsel, and afterwards you will receive me to glory". For it is only when you fully surrender to Jesus Christ that a believer can truly say that they know the Lord, love the Lord, and are closer to the Lord today, than they were yesterday.
