The purpose of Jerry Gaffney Ministries is to fulfill the great commission of Jesus Christ by taking the message of salvation to all peoples of the world. Jerry Gaffney Ministries is primarily known for his crusades in the Pacific Northwest. In addition, the ministry seeks to actively inspire and equip the body of Christ for evangelism through conferences, literature, videos and television. The ministry has one motto, “Vanquish Hell and fill Heaven!”

We stand today under an open window in heaven that is getting ready to pour out a blessing the world has never seen before. Millions of people are getting ready to run into the gates of heaven and the Lord has given us the ability to play a small part in this harvest.

Last year we shared the good news in almost 400 services to over 10,000,000 people. We saw almost 100,000 people come running into the Kingdom of God. The Lord said even more will be coming in 2004. Multitudes upon multitudes are asking us to come and help them. We have seen churches built, schools started and ministries launched into the kingdom of God.

I challenge you personally, please take my hand and let us stand in this harvest together. We must form this army for the Lord. I can not do it by myself. So many of us have been walking alone. We need to join ranks together for one of the greatest harvests Jesus has ever seen.

As we partner together we can do this as co-labourers with Jesus. For those of you who know me, I am ready to give my life for this revival and harvest of souls. I am asking you to please support us with your prayers and with your monthly partnership gifts so we will be able to bring in this harvest together. America shall be saved.

As God provides, I will share in the blessing of giving to your ministries with a small donation, and once we get all the monthly bills paid, then will know what we are capable of helping with more than this. Brethren-- share with me in this... The Gaffney's impact in our lives...think of the prayers that you have both been prayed for, and prayed for others, the fellowship you have here, the family you have here as being a part of the Body of Christ Jesus, the friends you have met here... just how much of a blessing is that? Not to mention the expanding of our walks with the Lord here, and sharing the love of our Blessed Saviour, with others who feel the same. The opportunities to witness to those who are unsaved and find our site, the blessings to share with someone who is going through something you have in the past, and being able to say I was there and Christ Jesus got me through it... I made it because of God... to be a witness to them, and be a witness as to the beauty of our God, and the wonders of His ways... SUCH a blessing!

Our funds are tight as well... as I know many are on limited funds. I know whatever we send in, the Gaffneys will put it to excellent use for God's work. I know this website itself is very costly... and I know what a blessing it has been in the past year... almost a year, on the 26th, or thereabouts makes my first year here.

I will daily support this ministry with prayer... I will lift it up before the throne of God, and ask for His blessings upon it, His Protection on it...His grace and mercy and peace over it... asking for God’s wisdom to be granted, so that prayer requests be prayed over with Your Will, Your Word, and Your Way…Impart all the wonderful things of the Lord that He has, to be endued to anointed.net, and all the Gaffneys, as well as their ministries. God bless~

god bless you i am answering your letter to let you know that i have read it and all that you have said is so godly true in life today. Some times we tend to take things for granted in life and that is why we go thru the things that we go thru to be able to succeed in any thing we do daily. some times when we dont understand something we tend to take things for granted and other times we help some one so much that they tend to abuse us without realizeing it. so what we should be doing is listening to each other and see what we have to offer then get involved and be productive. so lets get to gether and email me back and let me know what business we can do together and help each other to produce for income. when we connect with each other i think we would be able to benefit each other.. well this is all that i would like to say to you right now so be sure to contact me back...i would truly appreciate it if you would write back.

Thank You Pastor Jerry for clearing up the focus.

If people can clearly see the vision they can run with it!

Father, send the laborers into the fields for they are white and ready for the harvest!

Send the intercessors to their knees to stand in the gap between heaven and hell for Salvations!

Send the Warriors out among the people to fight for Purity of purpose and Holiness in the Nations.

Send the Angels in their legions to fight for and minister to the saints of God who stand on the Battlefield and the field of Harvest!

Build up hedges of protection.

Build up the Strong Tower and place Watchers on the walls to spy out the enemy far off and defeat him there!

Send the Fire of Your Love down to engulf us and purify us to serve You in Your Temple!

Let NOT the rocks cry out Praise in my place!

Let Prayer, Praise, Worship and the Spirit of God be the weapons we use!

I have given in the past, and it is my joy to do so. I pray that I will be able to give more in the future. Like StarChilde said, this site is such a bessing! How can one even count the ways they have been impacted since coming on here? My personal walk with Jesus is so much deeper and more satisfying. lt seems like moy entire focus has shifted OFF the problems onto HIM!!! I just love Him so much; He means so much more to me that EVER!!! I am so glad for the people on this site who encourage me to seek God and put Him first. We must also show that He is FIRST with what we do with our finances. I tithe to my church that I attend regularly, but this site is almost like a second chuch. I feel closer to many on here than I do those in my church. Money has been tight, and I keep wanting to give but find my money doesn't stretch far. I will not promise a monthly amount just yet, as I have fallen behind on another monthly giving pledge. But I do believe in the work of anointed.net and Jerry Gaphney Ministries, and it is good soil to plant seed in!!!

Lord, please help me to SEE that I can give. That there is extra money somewhere that I am over looking. You know how things are, and how I am seeking for favor for more hours at work or a better job or additiional job. Work something in my favor, as I just am not satiisfied with my level of giving right now. I KNOW what Your Word says about supplying seed to the sewer and about supplying needs to us as we are faithful to supply for Your needs. Make me obedient to Your Word. Remind me that You are faithful and remove ALL fear that holds me back from giving. I know I need to do better..... And, yet, Lord, I know that You know and understand that this current situation has been financial stress on me, and it has been hard to find extra money at my current amount of hours and pay, as the costs of my living situation have increased. I pray for a breakthrough SOON in all this! In Jesus Name, amen!

I am facing a possible very near eviction. As soon as I get caught up, I will be sending a donation, as this site has blessed more than I can describe.

My finances are horrible, but I am believing in God's provision, and it's only fitting that I donate to a site that has fed me when I didn't have a church home.

Giving opens up the soul.
Giving can miraculously change a life.
Giving works at soul level and radiates
outward to every area of your experience.
Dear Heavenly Father, let us remember what You have asked of us. How much it means to save a soul. If we all gave just a little we would have an abundance. I pray that You will stir up souls here to give to this great cause. Touch hearts and minds. Prepare the way for revival. Keep working in those who come here to post and to pray. Let them see a vision of souls coming forward to give their lives to Jesus. Let them see it encompass the world. I ask these thing in Jesus Holy Name amen.

God does not need us we need God
But I must say my Friend: You said, "Prophecy Ended In The Old Testament".

Please read this short lesson on Prophecy in the New Testament. Dreams, Visions and Prophecy were an every day occurence

PROPHECY IN THE NEW TESTAMENT

In the New Testament, God was revealed definitively through Jesus Christ, the Son of God (Hebrews 1; John 1:18). When people saw Jesus in action, their reaction was generally that he was a prophet (Mark 6:15; 8:11; Matt 21:11-46; Luke 7:16,39; John 4:19; 6:14; 7:40-52; 9:17); that's why the leaders demanded a sign, so he could be tested as a prophet. So too the disciples (Luke 24:19).

While that wasn't how Jesus primarily described his role, He saw himself as being in their ranks (Luke 13:33; Matt 23:31-39; by inference, also Mark 6:4; Luke 4:24; John 4:44). In Matt 7:22,

Jesus cites prophecy as one of the foremost of works; prophecy in that instance is being claimed by those who did prophet-like things but did not do what God willed.

At Pentecost ( Acts 2), the Spirit became God's active presence among us. This was specifically marked by reference to the prophecy of Joel ( Joel 2:28) that prophecy would become commonplace in the new era begun at Pentecost.

The early church was marked by prophecy: Acts 21:9; 13:1; 11:27-30; 21:10; 15:32, 19:6; also the presence of prophecy is assumed in 1 Thessalonians 5:20 and Romans 12:6.

Paul considered prophecy one of the charismata (Romans 12:6; 1 Corinthians 12), and even as a higher gift much to be sought (1 Cor 14), an office established by God (1 Cor 12:28).

Paul himself waxed prophetic in 1 Cor 15:51-58; he even describes prophecy's vibrant power to convict ( 1 Corinthians 14:24,25). It is key particularly to the church in Ephesus (Acts 19:6; Ephesians 2:20; 3:5; 4:11).

Lastly, Revelation treats prophecy very prominently (Revelation 11:18; 16:6; 18:20-24; 22:9), and even sees itself as a prophetic writing (Rev 22).

Greek apokalypsis (1 Corinthians 14:26,30) is a New Testament word for revelation. It refers less to the art of prediction than it does the speaking of the truth God deems most important in the current situation ( v. 24-25).

See also Jeremiah, who was not predicting things to come but addressing the now when he told the king of Judah to serve the king of Babylon and live. Indeed, what predictions he made were made on the basis of a lack of true response to that Word about his times, based on the consequences of the nation's lack of action.

In Acts 21:8-9, the four daughters of Philip (1) were "prophetesses". The daughters were not apostles like Paul, gospel historians and learned writers like Luke, or even commissioned ministers like Philip. No special role, status or position is ever mentioned for them, save that they were virgins. Yet they prophesied. They were women, who as a matter of course were seen by society at large as a lesser kind of person who could not act under their own authority. Yet they prophesied. Given that Philip was still a very active man, and given the generally shorter life spans of his day, the youngest of those daughters must have been quite young. Yet they prophesied.

The Spirit does not care if someone is young or old, male or female, or has high or low or no particular social or religious status. The Spirit could use anyone to prophesy back then. The Spirit can use anyone to prophesy today.

The early church's evangelism, especially its public preaching ministry, was solidly linked to the work of two of the offices of the body. One of these offices was the apostles. The other was the prophets. ( Acts 13:1-3 tells us something about that.)

The prophetic role in public evangelism grew from the Old Testament prophecies of an outpouring of the Spirit. Prophets are consistently valued highly among the churchly 'offices' or roles, and prophecy is rated chief and most prized among the gifts.

The New Testament-era church was more dependent on the prophetic gift for giving it direction (Acts 13 and 15). Which leaves us with a dilemma for the modern church. If prophets were to speak, would there be a people listening for it?

Paul (1 & 2 Corinthians) had to face the Corinthian Christians' question of what to do when prophecy and other gifts were being used as excuses to war with each other. By the time of the Didache (90-100 AD), the need to test prophecy was fully in the forefront, and the early church was struggling to sort out how to tell the evildoers from the true prophets, teachers, and leaders (Did ch. 11).
to the start

I hope this helps
Pastor Jerry

Jerry, Are you going to put this in 'Jerry's Lessons' and 'Interperting D, V, & Ps'?

It needs to be where it can be found easily.

Good teaching.
