we kneel at the outset to pray for our land.
You've given us freedom to worship and pray
as well as to choose those who see things Your way.
With thanks for the Rights that our forefathers wrote,
we're grateful, dear God, for the privilege to vote.
The campaigning's over. The words-war is past.
The day for deciding is here at long last.
Assist those officials in each polling place.
Imbue them with patience and smiles on each face.
Keep systems from failing and shysters from fraud.
In all of the details be present, O God.
Prompt those apathetic to break from routines

I honestly do not know if I can be able to be on here at a certain time, to allot that slot of time... it is something I will pray about.
My prayer is that the man whom God wants to be in the Presidential seat is elected. I will add this to my prayers while fasting.
Since most likely I am up at all times of the day and night... I might be able to come on here and pray during some of that time... there are always the wee of the morning hours that not many are up, eh JeriRose? 
I think I will approach it like that, should I be awake... I will help with the unsigned time slots, should there be any, and will pray in tongues, as I know I am praying God's will when I do. But like others have said... at other times I will also pray... God bless.

You can count on me.
I will pray for sixty minutes for this election.
I will be praying for God's will to be done.
I will be praying for God's protection over the whole thing.
I will be praying for absolute peace, that neither anger, strife, conflict, or violence will be able to occur.
I will be praying for the weather. I am asking God for beautiful weather in every part of the country so that everyone can get to the polls easily.
I will be praying that everyone will vote. That no one will 'forget'. That no one will fear or doubt their own ability to decide. I will pray that they will come forward boldly and vote with confidence.
I will be praying for an absolutely accurate vote count and that there will be no arguing and bickering after the votes are counted.
I will be praying that the enemies of our country to be unable to attack or cause trouble in any way.
I will be praying for the choices made by the people on the issues to be a blessing to the nation. That even the smallest initiatives on the ballots will be a positive thing to all who are concerned.
I will be praying for Godly judges to sit in all of our courts and for all who refuse to judge well will be removed quickly.
That ought to take at least an hour!
God tells us to ask for what we want and these are the things I want.

Dear Lord, let us have a Godly man in the Whitehouse! That is what I will be praying throughout this day. Also, send us senators and representatives that will support his choices for the Supreme Court. Please, Jesus, move in a mighty way here. They are saying that many of the Repulbicans out here our pro-choice, so to vote straight Republican will not necessarily help. Give us wisdom, Lord, in voting! 
They say one is better in some areas than the other, because BOTH our pro-choice. Who ARE the pro-life candidates, that is the QUESTION. I was in prayer for this election and for Americas protection and can see in this vision as I was praying those who are standing in the gap pushing back the enemy from getting through. I saw me where I was standing in the spirit and there are multitudes of demonic hordes trying to get through. I saw how about every maybe 100 feet there is a gap stander. But while I was holding back the enemy from getting through the area of my gap. I noticed the other gap stander next to me was maybe getting weakened and this almost allowed the enemy to get by for I saw that area this warrior was holding back begin to move forward a little bit and the demonic hordes tried to get around where there were no gap standers in the middle of the huge gap we were still holding back from them getting through. I had to help this warrior push this demonic horde back and they again went to stay in ranks and at bay being held the whole time from moving forward by an invisible wall of the anointing. I prayed for multitudes of legions of warrior and archangels to help keep these demonic hordes at bay and I was again strenghtened to stay grounded and planted in my gap I am to protect at all costs. Right now we need more than ever gap standers and those next to us in the heavenlies to simply help keep these hordes of hell from trying to overtake America to try and destroy it. I know that I know that I know that If I am to let up on where God has placed me in the gap I am in then it will be disasterous for those who are behind me in Gods army if these hordes of hell get through they are not as strong and arent even alert to the seriousness of what is really going on and they will be trampled by these multitudes of demonic hordes. We are keeping them at bay which is great but we need way more to fill in the 100 feet space in between each warrior. Please come join the battle of keeping the enemy at bay by holding them back which is all we are doing by holding out are hand in the spirit and it is creating a wall of anointing to keep them back as the Holy Spirit moves through us. I sense if these demonic hordes get through something very very very very bad is going to happen. I begin to look across the battle field in the spirit and was in awe of the battle that is taking place right now in the heavenlies. Please keep me and those who are gap standers in your prayers we cannot afford to be weakened or allow the enemy through it will be disasterous..

I filled my 9 - 10 PM slot, and many other slots as well. I just PRAYED. I have posted in threads around the board on the election and related topics. I am to work in a few mins, but my prayers will be with this ALL DAY as much as possible. They say the counting could take a month....

In fact, Lord, let the last minute miracle take place. Let that lie, buried so deep, be unearthed, that the truth comes out and no one will want to vote for Kerry. You have only alerted me to a yet hidden lie, and I don't know the nature of it, only that we must pray that ALL lies are exposed wherever they may still be hidden. Then, a land slide for George W. Our Father Who is in Heaven, hallowed be Your name.
Your kingdom come. Your will be done in this election. Let everything on earth work together to bring about your will and purposes. Awaken those who haven't voted yet to the need for godly leaders, for a godly and righteous man for president. Give discernment and wisdom to those who haven't voted yet. Keep your eyes on Jesus. I continue to pray that every attempt by the enemy to steal this election would be exposed and brought to light, that only legitimate votes will be counted. South Dakota has gone for Bush, but there is a battle with Tom Daschle. He has damaged President Bush at every step. He has prevented righteous Judges from being appointed. He is incredibly powerful and will not go down easily. For President Bush to accomplish what God has for him to do, Daschle needs to be defeated. Pray America, this is urgent. Lord, move in all this to clear it up. Perform a miracle so we don't have to wait ten days. Now, they say if Kerry won't concede in Ohio, the Bush campaign will probably go after Michigan, which also has these "provisiional ballots" and could be the second most important in the remaining states, and this things could go on a long time.... sigh. No, Lord! We say, "No, way! Stop this, in Jesus Name!" Step on the scene, Lord, and crush every spirit of confusion involved in this. As reports filter in from around the nation, the secular press are increasingly crediting the evangelical Christian bloc as the greatest influence in the election. Initially using the softer language of "moral values," pundits are now stating flatly that concerned Christians who want government leaders who read and honor the Bible, who live by "common sense" values were the deciding factor.
Prayer may also have affected the outcome in ways that may never be fully discerned. There have been a great number of prayer efforts specifically focused on this election, possibly more than any previous contest. Many large national and international organizations sponsored prayer for the elections, including the Pray the Vote initiative of The Presidential Prayer Team.
