A Thirst for Souls

After watching the movie, Therese: The story of Saint Therese of Lisieux, I had an interesting waking dream. I was awake this morning (or half so) and I was visited by a loving warmth. I felt this warmth beating in my heart and pulsing through my veins. Half sitting up, I looked around and saw the light of the sun shining against my wall. I heard the wind blow against my window and the words "I want you to thirst for souls..." in my ears.
I have been praying for God to reveal to me His will for the world and he has... wow he has.
Though it is a simple message and one that we all know, God wanted me to ephasize to his children that we must pray fervently for the repentance and conversion of our brothers and sisters who are asleep in darkness.
Pray with me then, tonight, and the following nights for the salvation of those we love and those we are reaching out for, that they may show signs of repentance and hear God beckoning them to return to His side.

What a WONDERFUL experience!
Yes, a lot of Christians are presently filled with an urgency like never before for souls to be saved and for Christians to stand. We've prayed that God would put people in our paths daily and make us have an awareness of their needs and pray for them. It has happened every day. Ex. a police officer standing in the store line Halloween day expressing dread about going to work that night, a call from the library with just a perfect opening, etc. Not a long drawn out thing in a couple of the cases just - "Well, I'll be praying for God to protect you." Some time ago I started stating God is who I am praying to because I don't want there to be any misunderstanding.
Haven't talked to the group yet about how God is answering their prayers in that avenue. But it's been interesting to see how many different ways God is answering my prayer about opening up opportunities.
