My 18 year old daughter is an honor student with a scholarship to college. Last Friday night, she was working at Donatos Pizza when an order came in on the phone that the restaurant has at each table. One of the employees took the order for a beer and told Kourtney to take it to the table. She took the beer and handed it to a guy who was bald and overweight. He looked over 30 years old to her. A few minutes later 3 policemen stormed the place and arrested her. It turns out that it was a sting operation and the man at the table was under 21. She was taken to jail and kept there overnight. Her dad and I waited outside all night to bail her out. She is charged with a 2nd degree misdemeanor and faces a live long record.
Kourtney is a wonderful, hard working girl! She graduated high school with a 4.1 grade point average. She is traumatized by this situation. Her joy has been destroyed and she is very angry and sullen. Please pray for God's defense in this situation. Pray for wisdom for my husband and I on how to handle this situation. Help us!!

Barbara... it IS LAW, that NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 21, be allowed to SERVE OR RING UP ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES in any restaurant, or store, or place they are employed. This is a law. Her employer should have told her that, and there should have been someone else there to ring up the purchase, and take it to them. Also, there is always a chance that someone is not 21, even if they look it, so even if someone looks old enough, it is wise to card them. The person who rang up the order, should have made sure that the person was old enough to be served alcohol.
The whole thing though, is that she was NOT old enough to be serving beer, or alcoholic beverages, and there should have been someone else there to do it, and she SHOULD have been told. It is possible that some of this can be blamed on her place of employment. Praying in the spirit for the truth to be known in this matter.
Dear God, May YOUR WILL be done in this situation WITHOUT any interference from the enemy at all, may YOUR WILL PREVAIL! I PLEAD THE BLOOD OF JESUS CHRIST OVER THIS WHOLE SITUATION AND Kourtney! I apply the Blood of Jesus to this problem and bind its power to remain. There is power in Jesus' Blood to set everything right, satan. Jesus' Blood works now to remove every evil work. I hold the Blood of Jesus against you satan, and declare on God's Word that it overcomes you, and that you flee.I ask this in the name above all others- Christ Jesus~amen

Lord Jesus, please rush to rescue them!
Step into this situation and defend this innocent girl. May real justice shine and clear her name.
Lord, I ask you to reverse this and turn it around and make it a blessing. I have seen you do this before and I believe you can do it now.
Run to help, Lord. Please run to help Kourtney!
