Evidence of hostage murders discovered

Iraqi forces fighting alongside US troops in Fallujah yesterday claimed to have found the houses in which civilian hostages were held by militants and beheaded in front of a camera.
Iraqi troops found video disks with recordings of the killings, the black clothes worn by militants in the videos and records of the names of hostages, Major-General Abdel Qadir Jassem said. "We have found hostage slaughterhouses in Fallujah that were used by these people," said General Jassem, who has just been named military governor of Fallujah by the US-appointed Iraqi Prime Minister, Iyad Allawi.
Although General Jassem said records of prisoners' names had been found, he could not say whether information had been uncovered about the humanitarian worker, Margaret Hassan,held since 19 October, or the two French journalists Georges Malbrunot and Christian Chesnot, held since 21 August.
General Jassem said that records of "hundreds" of prisoners had been found. At least 28 foreigners are known to be held and 38 are known to have been killed. But Iraqis have been abducted and killed in much higher numbers.
The beheadings of hostages have become the most haunting image of what is unfolding in Iraq. Although most television networks, both Western and Arab, have refused to show the grotesque execution videos, they are widely available on the Internet and thousands of Westerners have watched them.
Since the first video was released, of the American contractor Nick Berg being beheaded with a knife, there has been a steady stream of similar videos. At least 38 foreign hostages have been killed in Iraq. Although some were shot, many have been beheaded on camera, including the British hostage Kenneth Bigley.
It was the beheadings, more than anything else, that forced the Americans' hand into going into Fallujah. The last aid agencies were leaving and any effort at reconstruction was impossible with contractors facing abuction and murder.
US intelligencefailed to penetrate militant groups carrying out the beheadings and rescue operations were impossible because US forces did not know where the hostages were held. As a result, US forces and their Iraqi allies were always going to want to find traces of the hostage-taking in Fallujah. But the fact that all they captured yesterday were empty houses will come as a disappointment.
The militants appear to have fled the city before the onslaught began. Most prominent among them is believed to be the Jordanian al-Qa'ida ally, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi..
US commanders were conceding yesterday that they suspect Zarqawi is long gone. The militants have other bases, such as Latifiyah where Kenneth Bigley is believed to have been held before his beheading.

Thank You Father that these houses are now closed. I stand before You now to ask You to expose any other houses of kidnap, terror, or slaugther. Expose the participants and expose those being held to the men and women of the Troops going in to Fallujah or any other town where this is going on. Let them find all of the current hostages alive and free them. Stamp out the terror that has been reigning in Fallujah and all of Iraq. Expose the hiding places of Zarqawi and his minions, turn over what ever rocks they have crawled under and expose them to the light of truth, justice and mercy at the hands of the Army. Move thunderously in your glory cloud as you sweep over all of Iraq uprooting and crushing the enemy with blows of your mighty fists. Lord, let the killings stop! Let the vilence end! Send in angels to aid the coaltion troops that they may find these terrorists whether in Fallujah or another city. Let them be smoked out, found, brought to justice. Give the soldiers info on where to go and what to do. On behalf of the righteous in the military, let there be favor for the troops that fight the terrorists.
Let Abu musab al-Zarqawi be found SOON! Quickly, quickly, let him be smoked out! I pray for the rihgt info to come to light, so he can be found and brought to justice.
Most of all, I pray that the terrorists are given a chance to repent and come to salvation. I have heard some of these terrorists are drugged and then brain washed, so, Lord, it will take miraculous intervention to save them, but with You all things are possible. I ask for You to intervene into the most impossible seeming situations. Ultimately, we do not wish destruction on the terrorists. We pray for salvation and mercy and grace to be theirs. There but for Your grace would we be.... Forgive them, Lord, in huge numbers! As they are subdued, let the Gospel be freely preached in Iraq, and, as it is, let many, many, many terrorists be saved! Put mercy in the hearts of the American and Iraqi troops, so that they do not kill the terrorists, but only detain them to bring them to justice. All for their eventual day of salvation.
Lord Jesus, have mercy in this situation!!!
As always, fight in the heavenlies, Captain of the Lord's Host, leading Your angles to win the war in the heavenlies that this may be one in the natural. Let the demons be defeated that back these terrorists. I do not say routed, I say DESTROYED!!! Let them be gone from Iraq, PERIOD!!! Total defeat to Your enemies, Jesus, that we may see the defeat of the terrorists here in the earth realm. Flood the skies with Your Glory, Lord, that all demons are sent into the abyss or wherever they go.
I thank You and praise You for swift and sure victory and the salvation of many terrorists AND coalition forces. In Jesus Name, amen.

Lord, set the captives free and reveal the location of the killers. Father we pray for these people and for our Military.

Father, help us to see the power we have in Your Word. Help us to know that in order to live, we must overcome the evil that manipulates us to do those things that bring hurt and dishonor.
