This is the first church that causes me to feel empty because I am not being used to my full potential. The elders of my church and missionares use people of their choice in conducting the church services. My pastor is a wonderful person and so are many of the members. I am a licensed minister and Sunday school teacher and dean. However I am/have lost interest. there are churches that I can join and be used but I am tired of going to church at various times for fulfilment. I am also an evangelist anointed by God but very seldom am I being used. To complain about it to others in the church is not wise nor Christlike. Pray that the Lord will show me what His will is for me. I have no problem in doing what is right Peace and Happinessto you all. Beverlyjoy

Have you thought about volunteering in a lesser position? The Children's deptartment of most churches are always in need of teachers or helpers. The bathrooms need regular cleaning as do the classrooms and Sanctuary, I am sure that even paid janitors would welcome help with the vacuming. This gives you a chance to go into a rooma nd clean it out spiritually too by anointing and interceeding for the Teachers and Children. What about simply being there when the doors open to do nothing more than pray for the Pastor and services? Ministry is more than the top billing. Stop wasting your time with whining about not being used in the exalted position of preacher or evangelist and start serving until you are called upon to use the other gifts. Hone your talents during this time and polish your sword by serving others with a loving and willing heart, God honors servents, He will not let you remain unseen. The Choice is yours.
Father, guide Beverly in the way you want her to go in this time of waiting in her life. Give her wisdom in what she needs to do. In the Name of Jesus! AMEN!

That was a good Idea about the childrens worship at your church, our children need all the nourshement in the lord they can get, and it sounds to me like you have plenty to offer. I just pray in agreement that the Lord will show you His will in this matter. Amen GODS WILL BE DONE

Lord Jesus, help Beverlyjoy find patience while looking for the right place in your ranks. If it's to do something new lead her that way, if she's right where you need her most. Then grant her the joy and strength to do it.

Well, if you are not 100% satisfied with your church, do what Juantia Bynuum says: Be the intercessor of the house! Prayer is an awesome ministry! In fact, it is the #1 mininstry, because it's how we build relationship with God.
Dear Lord, show BeverlyJoy just what You have for her. Open her eyes to oppurtunities around her, that she may be totally missing. And show her those she can minister to every day, by small kindnesses and an attitude of serving. All those little unseen things that no-one but God notices (
), and, therefore bring an even bigger reward, because they were not done before men to be seen of men. It says God will reward her openly for such things! So, let her know that no ministering to anyone in anyway is too small or beneath her giftings. The #1 gift is to be Christ like, and help her to focus on showing Christ to all around her. In Jesus Name, amen.

Father, I pray that You will show BeverlyJoy the areas of service that she can be at her church home. May she see that being a blessing behind the scenes, so to speak, is of a great service to You. As she shows herself Your complete and faithful servant in small areas, You will bring other areas of service to her. I pray that she will follow faithfully on the paths and steps that You have ordered her to go. Amen

Lord, bless BeverlyJoy as she serves you.
Show her just what place you have for her to serve.
Open doors and teach her as she goes.
Thank you, Lord, for BeverlyJoy and for her willing heart.
In Jesus' Name, Amen.
