Lord, remove the spriit of suicide off Christine! I pray that she will rise up with a fighting spirit and a roar! Please, Lord, put Your blood over her. Lead the ones here who should pray for her. Place her on the right people's hearts! Do not let the destroyer take her! Open her eyes to the deception upon her! Get her out of this state of depression and despondency! Move quickly, Lord, to give her hope and a reason to go on!
Close down this scam!
Clean up the mess in all this regarding the porn site and the scam and everything. Let this all be worked out according to Your best plan! Perhaps this whole thing can lead to ceaning up this blot on society! Turn this all for Your glory!!!
In Jesus Name, amen!

Finding YOU in 2004

A warning to all reading this: the Niegerian scam, in a nutshell, is where they email you saying that funds are "trapped" in Nigeria, and that if you send funds to help get this money over to America, they will give you some of the "trapped" funds.
Another similar scam, is where they say a Muslim who converted to Christianaity has diverted all this money from the governemnt, and now wants to get it to America:
Christians are receiving a letter or e-mail supposedly from a retired Nigerian military officer who has converted from Islam to Christianity. The letter writer claims to have diverted $45 million from the Nigerian government. But the officer writes that after converting to Christianity, he has "received instruction from God through divine revelation" and wants to donate the $45 million to God's work, specifically to "your ministry."
Then, there is one where the guy doesn't ask for money upfront. But he asks for your personal info like email and fax and phone number. What he claims is that this Christian couple, whom he was a legal advisor to, asked him to sell all their propeties and give all the procedds to Christian ministires after they died. Instead, he put the money in trunks and put it into a security company (planning to use for his own wants). Later, he claims, he got saved, and then he was convicted, so now he wats YOU (your ministry) to have some of the money, and he came across your name on line and.... so on. He doesn't ask outright that you send money, but he does URGENTly want you to reply.
I received an email regarding the last scam I listed here, so I know this to be for real.
The FBI now has an online scam watch or such, so if you receive such an email, they want to know.
I borrowed this info off the above site, and summed it up in a nutshell.
Bottom line: Anyone asking you for money in an email, disregard it! Also, anyone asking for personal info in an email, disregard it.
