Hello, my name is marcus and I need prayer for direction in my life. I have spent most of the last three years in jail behind alcohol and drugs. I am desperatly seeking residential treatment but am having a hard time becuase of probation and family not alowing me to do the things I need to do to find help. Everyone seems to want me to do what they think is right. I have been extreemly successful when I do what the Lord directs me to do. Please help me to get His direction. Thank you all and God Bless.

Lord, please show marcus that he must spend time alone with You and quit listening to the advice of men! Alone with You is the only way to wholeness. Show him this. That he will get the total victory and deliverence from whatever caused him to use drugs and alcohol. Whatever pain he was trying to medicate, he must medicate with You, with Your Presence! Only YOU can fill us and make us whole. Only You can remove the pain or heal the pain that caused us to use an addiction to find satisfaction.
I pray he will get alone with You and seek direction. I pray, most of all, he will seek YOU!!! Let him know that as He seeks You, You will send him the direction he needs.
