Intercede for kids sake

Richard's wife asked for a divorce, refused counselling, and so they are in the midst of the paperwork. She says she wants the kids, but is leaving them with sitters and going "partying" at night.
Richard has decided to ask for custody. Please pray that God shows the truth, for the kids sake, and gives Richard custody. He really loves the kids (2 boys and 2 girls, ages 10, 9, 7 and 6). Richard loves the Lord, and wants the kids raised to serve God, in a safe, loving environment. Please pray that God intercedes in this matter.
Also, please pray that during this time Richard has a hunger for God and for God's word and grows closer to Him.

Eternal Father
You alone are the one in Control of our lives. You have given each of us free will, but you & you alone know what is best for us. We come to you Father and ask that in this situation that the BEST thing that could be for the kids to happen.
Husband & wife is the middle of a custody battle for the children Father. The mother leaves them with the "sitters" while she sins against your Holy Will; while Richard the husband does right with the kids. He truly loves his children and wants custody, Father. Please help Richard achieve this if possible & if it is in the GREAT Plan.
I ask this in the name of Jesus

Dear Father in Heaven we beseech thee and ask that thou would intervene in the lives of these children and this family. We ask that the parent's would consider the children they have brought into this world and their needs. Help the parent's to make the right choices in their lives to put a solid safe foundation under the children. Let them be filled with compassion for their children. Thou knowest and thee alone what is best concerning this marriage. Help the father and mother to have the desire to put their lives in order spiritually above all else. Let thy spirit build up this family. In Jesus Name we ask Amen.
