Wow! I learned today, the man my sister requested we pray for be apprehended, turned himself in. What a miracle. He could not resist the power of all those prayers being said. Thanks to all who posted a prayer for us on this! Another testament that prayer is just so powerful.
Police Say Man Who Beat and
Sexually Assaulted Woman is in
Custody

A man who police say robbed and sexually assaulted a woman in her West Valley apartment just before Thanksgiving is in custody. Police say the suspect, identified as Erik Hague, 24, turned himself in at the Salt Lake County Jail.
Investigators from West Valley City were called and talked to Hague. They say he was watching television news Monday night with a girlfriend saw the extent of the victim's injuries and decided to turn himself in. Police also say the suspect realized it would be difficult to run and hide with his picture so prevalent in the media.
Police say the suspect rang the doorbell at the victim's home around midnight the day before Thanksgiving. The victim thought it was a friend returning to the apartment and opened the door. The suspect forced his way in, beat up and sexually assaulted the woman and took money from the apartment.
Police say the suspect then forced the woman to drive to her bank, beat her again and forced her to withdraw money with her ATM card.
The man then drove to a convenience store to purchase cigarettes where the victim was able to escape.
Police had pictures of the suspect from a security camera at the bank ATM.
Hague is in the Salt Lake County Jail facing aggravated kidnapping, forcible sodomy, rape and aggravated assault charges.
