The Tide Has Turned

My kisses are honey sweet. My kisses are sweeter than wine. My embrace is utterly indescribable in words that humans would understand.

For too long men have spurned me. For too long men have gone their own way, totally oblivious to the calling and the wooing of their God and King.

The tide has turned and the day of my visitation is upon you. To a few, this will mean walking in my Presence and great intimacy with your King. To the majority however, it will be a time of great trial and tribulation.

You, Oh man, have been as a wild horse, unwilling to even have a saddle put on your back, much less having a bit put between your teeth.* In fact you have laid back your ears, barred your teeth and constantly bucked and reared in your rebellion and indignation to the Master's hand. So I am going to break those who will be broken. The rest will be discarded and blown away as chaff.

There is absolutely no use for a rebellious horse that refuses to be broken. Such a horse is only a taker and never a giver. There will be NO takers in my eternal kingdom, for all will be servants or they will be nothing. That is, they simply will not be there.

In my kingdom, man does not constantly esteem himself higher than others, but lives in a spirit of graciousness and hospitality.

You, Oh man, have refused to learn. You, Oh man, have refused to turn from your wicked and rebellious ways. Even now the hand on the clock is preparing to chime the midnight hour and you still party on - oblivious. So be it. The tide has turned and it has not turned in your favor. It has turned in MY favor. So now you shall see what I shall do.

Many of you will be utterly undone. I have warned before that you could not sleep with poisonous snakes and not get bitten. That hour is upon you as I begin to unravel everything that is not of me. Great and small alike will fall. No one will be exempt from the shaking, for I will not allow any unbroken and undisciplined horses into my kingdom.

I said that Jerusalem would be a cup of trembling or a cup of poison to all the earth. Watch now as I begin to bring that promise into focus.

Zech. 12:1-9 This is the word of the Lord concerning Israel. The Lord, who stretches out the heavens, who lays the foundation of the earth, and who forms the spirit of man with him declares: "I am going to make Jerusalem a cup that sends all the surrounding peoples reeling. Judah will be besieged as well as Jerusalem.

On that day, when all the nations of the earth are gathered against her, I will make Jerusalem an immovable rock for all the nations. All who try to move it will injure themselves.

On that day I will strike every horse with panic and its rider with madness," declares the Lord. "I will keep a watchful eye over the house of Judah, but I will blind all the horses of the nations. Then the leaders of Judah will say in their hearts, "The people of Jerusalem are strong, because the Lord Almighty is their God."

"On that day I will make the leaders of Judah like a firepot in a woodpile, like a flaming torch among sheaves. They will consume right and left all the surrounding people, but Jerusalem will remain intact in her place.

The Lord will save the dwellings of Judah first, so that the honor of the house of David and of Jerusalem's inhabitants may not be greater than Judah.

On that day the Lord shall shield those who live in Jerusalem, so that the feeblest among them will be like David, and the house of David will be like God, like the Angel of the Lord going before them.

On that day I will set out to destroy all the nations that attack Jerusalem". [NIV]

Many are still sleep walking and many are still in denial. You WILL wake up, for the whole earth will tremble before me. I AM that I AM and I will not be moved. I will not change my ways to suit man – a creature whom I created and sustain on a daily basis.

Your bravado and rebellion will get you nowhere, for I know exactly how to puncture your balloons and take the wind out of your sails.

I will blow and I will roar. I will shake and shake. I will have a stable of horses that obey me or they will be cast out. As you do not keep a mad dog or a mean Billy goat as a pet, neither will I. So watch and see what I will do, for the tide has turned and I am delaying my hand no longer.

I will use this tide to draw my bride to myself. I will use this tide to separate the sheep from the goats** and the wheat from the tares,*** FOR THE HOUR IS MUCH LATER THAN YOU THINK..

You partied when you should have been praying and you scoffed and rebelled when you should have been worshipping. So now it all begins, slowly at first and then more and more intensely as the birth pangs for my return are set in motion.

*Jer. 2:24 You are like a wild ****** which is untrained in the wilderness and follows her own will; you have snuffed up the wind, who can bring you back? Whoever seeks her shall weary himself, he shall find her only by means of her footprints.

And all nations will gather before him; and he will separate them one from another; just as a shepherd separates the sheep from the goats; And he will set the sheep at his right, and the goats at his left.

***Matt. 13:40-43 Therefore, just as the tares are picked out and burned in the fire, so shall it be at the end of the world. The Son of man will send his angels, and they will pick out from his kingdom all things which cause stumbling and all workers of iniquity. And they will throw them into the furnace of fire; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. Then the righteous ones shall shine as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear.

This fits with the other prophecy you shared about 2005 being the year of the shaking, and also God had shared a word with me (that I posted in a thread about those not yet awakened) that he would shake every thing that could be shaken and strengthen the things that remain. I asked someone, today, why everyone I knew seemed to be in 3 alarm trouble. I think this is why. And we should welcome the shaking for this reason! It is God purifying His church. That is, we should welcome it, if we are not in rebellion....

BAM good discernment. This is what God spoke to me today about too. Exactly what you just said about everything that is going on in peoples lives. It seems everyone is RIGHT NOW being shaken to the core. What it will reveal is in whom we are in and what we are grounded in. Will we be completely grounded and abiding in Jesus or will we be found that we had are grounding and faith in the church rather than in Jesus or will we find ourselves clinging onto the ONLY anchor in the storm Jesus while all is being shaken. It is revealing who is really his and it is exposing there true hearts in how they believed and in who they really are. And it will ONLY intensify as the Lion of Judah roars. He has removed the restraints on peoples hearts in who they really are so all will be exposed and nothing hidden. And the things that surface that are not of him he wants to see a true repentance in those areas. Its either we are alone abiding in him and listening to him or none at all.. God Bless

Lord, I am glad the shaking is making me run to You, and I am glad so many of my friends are running to You, too. Benny Hinn today was telling the audiance they must surrender all. That there was MORE to surrender. Between that and the message about shaking, I know what You are saying: we must cling to You and make YOU, everything! When everything around us is shaking, the only place to stand is the rock of Jesus Christ, the firm foundation on which everything in Your Kingdom is built.

You keep giving me that scripture that says we must put on our armor, and having done ALL we must stand. There are so many things I am STANDING for, and with everything shaking, it would be easy to give up. Oh, Lord, as things shake (I keep seeing a vision of a hand -- Your hand -- shaking a tree-- and the bad fruit is falling off. Only those that are ABIDING in the vine won't fall!), I pray that I will not fall away from You. Let me remain and strengthen me. I want to STAND, never once budging, for everything You have asked me to stand for.

As everything around me shakes, let me be focused on You. It is almost 2005, and I did not stay as focused on You as I felt You told me to in 2004. Let me move into that higher level of focusing on You. I was just thinking today how far I've come, how many things I've given up, how much more I try to spend every moment in prayer.... Lord, I have so far to go! I want to behold Your beauty full of grace and truth. Not just some times. ALL the time. Lead me in this; teach me this.

I have been praying for the needs of many, given people much advice. But it all gets back to and centers down to ONE THING: We must seek You, first and always, not for what You can do for us, but for You, Yourself. YOU are the treasure! You are the prize! You are the Answer! When we seek You and You only, the whole world could fall into the sea, and we would feel no loss. It's when we are seeking things or people for our satisfaction, that we come up empty. Oh, dear Lord, to seek You, You only, is my highest goal and aim. Make it so at the end of 2004 and the beginning of 2005!

Everyone will be going to parties and plays and shopping and baking and decorating and doing, doing, doing..... May I have a simple Christmas, wrapped in Your arms. May I turn 43 (I have to work on my Birthday) in Your arms. May the New Year roll in with me in Your arms. May I celebrate this year with You. Remove my desire to have "fun," and let me search for what really matters -- fulfillment and satisfaction in You.

So much more I could pray! Nothing matters but You! You are SO awesome, but we overlook You so easily.... just like Macy's is doing in their stores this Christmas. Shutting You out, by taking Your Name out....

And, Lord, Your people treat You as a vending machine or the great Santa Clause in the sky. But who wants a RELATIONSHIP??? Call Your people, Jesus. Woo us by Your Holy Spirit! Let us once again love You. Let us return to our first love!

So easily I stray from the central message: JESUS!!! Dear Lord, forgive me for promoting anything or anyone but YOU to people. Remind me and all Your children that this whole thing is about YOU!!!
