Heavenly Father, I ask that you would give guidance to our President. I know that because he is a public figure he leaves himself open to public ridicule and criticism. However, some of the criticism leveled at him is not only mean it is plain ungodly. I pray that he would remain strong in the face of such hatred and accusations in the world including our country. I also pray that you would give him the wisdom to lead our country in these next few years. I also pray that he just doesn't do the politically expedient thing, but the right thing. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Lord, thank You for giving our President wisdom through experience. We pray that he be made aware that the criticism, accusation and hatred that is directed his way does not come from the hearts of people, but comes from the evil that is within the hearts of people. We ask You, Father, to change our hearts, and teach us to quit allowing the evil to use us like puppets, and give us the skills we need to harness these critters and bring ourselves in line with Your words of obedience. In Jesus' Name....Amen.

Sovereign Lord we pray for our country at all times, we pray for President Bush and for all those who help him guide and govern the office of President. Help each of them in every situation to know and to do the things that are right and just, with soundness of judgement in making vital decisions, praying always particularly for the peacemakers, that your Holy life-giving Spirit may ever dwell in their hearts and that the barriers of fear, suspicion and hatred may fall. We pray in the name of your Son, the Prince of Peace.

Dear Heavenly Father,
I come together in agreement with heart asking that you will guide president Bush and give him wisdom that comes from having your Holy Spirit. Father, let not President Bush do the popular thing, but let him do the right thing. Father guide him and give him strenth to make the right choices for this nation. I also ask that you will be with the other leaders of this nation and if they know you not, convict them by putting godly men and women in their path that will share Your Word with them. Lord, convict those in high places so they may all be saved. I ask this and pray in Jesus name. Amen.
