my dear brother's and sisters,

I am writing you as I am sitting here putting off housework as I would rather be reading and replying to prayers than helping to be a proper PV31 ( Proverbs 31;Wife of Noble Character) I had intended on getting off a few hours ago and every time I go to sign off, I see a new post or thread, I feel prompted to respond. I have not gotten any household duties done today and have felt drawn to do more here on the board than in my own home; course, praying with all of you here is far more exciting than doing dishes or laundry, or going to the post office, or running errands. This has happened several times in the last few days. I am scared however, that Satan may be using my "desire" to serve as a means to keep me from other things I need to be doing to keep my household running. Please pray for me to get insight so I can balance my desire to serve here to do all the things I need in my household and still get the amount of time here that I desire. Thank you so much. I love all of you very much; I look forward to seeing what our prayers can do together for one another and reaching out to those who need Jesus.

Don't feel so bad. While i await on my employer to get the work needed to call me back to work I spend my nearly 3 hours in afternoon and part of the evening on this board. In the morning I spend another 5 hours in silent prayer to Jesus.

Sure we have other things to do and somehow we manage to get it done, but isn't prayer the key to our christian heritage....

Yes, I'm afriad Martha takes a back seat to Mary in my case, too. Mary starts grumbling when Martha starts cleaning aorund here.

Dear Lord, that does not mean Martha was inferior, though. What would Jesus have eaten if Martha hadn't prepared it? So we must be keepers at home, too (SIGH!!! ). Show MamaMoreno what to do. I know the pull. I say I will get off in a few minutes, just one more prayer, I should not go on at all today.... and I just sneak on to see one little thread I have been following, then anohter cathces my eye.... What's a prayer warrior to do? It's OUR call. Show us the balance, Lord. I also need personal time with You. I need You to remind me to spend plenty of time in Your Presence, so I get refueled for praying on here. Dear Jesus, the struggle, the constant struggle, how to pray for it ALL and get anything else done. The maid doesn't live here; the delivery boy isn't bringing the groceries; the bills don't pay themselves; the account won't get straight without the phone call.... And, yet, we pray. We sit here and put everything else off and pray. We love to. We aren't upset about it. We don't feel cheated from life because of it. It is our joy! People tell me get off here and get a life; I say this IS my life (or one of the major parts of it). This is my ministry. Show MamaMoreno a time frame to set aside to get some work at home done. Remind her that Martha can work as Mary prays. I know it's not the same as posting on here, but we can pray for needs we have seen up here, while we do the dishes, while we sweep, while we vacuum.... well, she gets the idea. Lord, I certainly can relate! Used to come home from work about 2:30, sit down at the computer, and if I did try to cook dinner, burn it, while posting on here. Oh, Lord, we need help all right, a definite balancing of everything. Hey a good prayer warrior NEVER quits; they just pray 24/7. So if nothig else she can "carry" the need with her, then after doing some housework, come on here and post in the thread, "I prayed for you." I know, I tried that, and it didn't work so well. That just wasn't good enough. So I posted prayers. But, anyhow, Lord, we will keep praying, keep asking to get this right. We ask for wisdom and guidance and better ways to manage our time. In Jesus Name, amen.

A hundred years from now, will anybody remember your dust-free home or your crisp-starched laundry? I'm just as bad

Take that, dust bunnies!

Have a Blessed Day, everyone!

I believe we are doing "housework" when we are online here!

Lord, we ask for the ability to make a difference, wherever You put us. Let us always prefer one another, and lead us by Your Spirit. In Jesus' Name we ask these things......Amen.

Thank you all so much for your words of encouragement and support. It was what I needed, more than you could ever know. Of course, this last week, I have not done one stitch of laundry or regular housework (I had 5 kids in the house so I put them to work and took a breather from trying to be super mom) It was a nice break. My house never looked better. Can't wait to have my kids with me again full time. GOD is awesome. My children made it very clear that they felt at home with my fiance', his girls and I; and that they were "HOME". They stated it on more than one occasion, so it will be interesting to see what happens when we go back to court for the guardianship and the judge talks to them. Oh well, anyway, just wanted to say thanks to all who have lifted up and encouraged. I know I love my annointed family, and GOD knows I need all of you to help me in my walk. You are all blessings to me that I thank him for each and every day.

Dear Lord,

Bless this dear woman for all of her prayers on behalf of her friends in Christ. Bless her own life with peace, happiness, and balance

Amen

I understand what you go through, there is so many hurting people here on the board with so many needs.

If you aren married, talk with your husband about a 100 day bible study for couples it'd call Intimacy by Doug Weiss, get two books and two Journals.

You will find something new in your life.

and you can learn to do time management.

every day write down every thing you do from

Sunday to Saturday
12am to 12m
from sleep to going to sleep.
do this for one week and and then share it with you spouse. then take it to God and see what he says.

*stands and says*... "hello, my name is wanda and Yes, I must confess, I too am an "Anointed.net" addict"...haha....

Lord bless!

Posted by: MamaMoreno

Hello, my name is Julia, and I'm an Annointed.net addict; however GOD is helping me to be in control and balance my time on here; This is however, by far, one of the best "addictions" I have ever had in my life. The blessings are awesome; the benefits are great. The positive spirits are truly enriched blessings and I have an awesome family circle of spiritual brothers and sisters to share time with. oops; there it goes again; the urge to post a prayer, read a prayer, agree with a prayer; start a thread, find something inspiring to share in how GOD is blessing me. the urge is getting stronger; actually, guess what my fellow addicts........i figured out where those urges come from>>>>>>>>GOD himself.....pretty cool huh; amazing when we listen to that "still small voice" so much that it's the only voice we hear; instead of the voice of the great liar and deceiver.

gotta go; got to get to posting and praying. Take care and GOD BLESS YOU ALL!!!
