Back pain and numbness

Please pray for me. I am a single mom and have been having back pain and numbness in the leg, back, arm, and hand. I am undergoing tests. Please pray for a diagnosis and total healing so that I may be a healthy mommy to my little girl. Thank you.

Two things help me. If she has a hard ball like a basket ball or a soccer ball, place it on the floor lay down on your back on top of it and roll back and forth. It aligns your spine. the second is leaning back over a hard chair. I usually have to sit on my foot to get high enough. That pops things back in.
Jesus touch this single Mom with a grace. Fill her body with strength and heal her back. Give her energy and patience and the finances she needs to make ends meet. Bless her to be a good Mom and I pray that you give her a helpmate. Love her Lord as only you can.

That sounds like your sciatic nerve which runs down your leg and lower back. I do back stretches for mine. Lay on the floor and bring one knee at a time to your chest and hold it. Then bring both knees to your chest and hold them. A heating pad and some Motrin work very well, as well as keeping your feet elevated when you sit. I have an exercise step I keep under the desk for my feet to rest on.

Please bring comfort and healing to our friend Min. Please help her eleviate the pain in her back and leg. Please help her doctors to pinpoint the cause of the pain and numbness and to help her to alleviate the pain herself without the need for doctor visits. Thank You,
