Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

I ask you to pray for my Girlfriend and I in finding a home church. Its been kind of tough because she is Catholic and I am Protestant. We are both Born Again believers in Jesus Christ. My prayer is that the Lord will give us wisdom, guidance, and blessed assurance through this journey. Brothers and Sisters in Christ, I ask for your prayers. I also pray the Lord will give us protection from the evil one, I pray the Lord will bind him to stay away. I thank you brothers in sisters. In Christian Love
Charlie

Father, I pray for Your loving lending of Charlie and his girlfriend to the church home and ultimately family that You have for them. I pray for discernment to be lead of the spirit. Move in this, I pray. Amen

Father I ask that you lead Charlie & his girlfriend find a church that will inspire them to be Christians and to follow your teachings. I ask that you lead them to locate a Church which helps them grow as Christians and one that will be a blessing to them. I also ask that you direct them to a church that will be a blessing to them as a united family thru matrimony and it will be a blessing to them

I ask this in Jesus' Name

Amen

"Shop" for a church the way you would shop for a home or a new car. Weigh your options and compare the different programs and activities each church has to offer. I, too, was raised Catholic and I am a confirmed Catholic, but I have attended Southern Baptist churches because I like the comraderie, I like the children's programs (MOST of which are free) I like the warm welcoming atmosphere and I especially like the idea of reading from the Bible. I have nothing against the Catholic church, it's just that I never got the feeling attending Catholic mass as I have Baptist services. My family and I were invited to attend services at the Baptist church and I really thought that was awesome! Good Luck in finding a church home. I pray you and your girlfriend can come to an amicable agreement and find a church that will fulfill your needs and feed your hunger for God's word.
