Pray a hedge of thorns about Jason this Christmas night, an old friend phoned and wanted him to meet him at their old dive. The place is full of immorality of all types and this guy has told him he needs him to drop by. Pray that it not appeal to him, after morning with the kids, afternoon with me, evening at work, pray he is too tired and just goes on home. Pray that I am given favor and that he wants to be with me and does so and that the desire to go there wane

Father, I agree with Nessa, and I ask that You will perform these things in accordance to Your will. I pray that this request will be retro-active and in force before he was tempted last night. In Jesus' Name.....Amen.

Let Jason hear only what You want him to hear Father, let his eyes see only that which You want him to see.
By the power of Your blood, protect this precious husband and father from the temptations that satan is dangling in front of him.
I bind the spirit of rebellion in Jason in the mighty name of Jesus.
Oh dear Father. through Your Holy Spirit, let all things that offer temptation and wrong sort of excitement to Jason become dull and uninteresting to him. Let them all lose their thrill.
Cover his mind, his thoughts, with the blood of the Lamb.
Bring this so much loved husband and daddy back into Your arms, and into the arms of his wife. Give Nessa strength to stay the praying wife You have made her. Give her the strength to intercede every day for her husband. Hold her up in the moments she feels weak, let her draw on the certainty that when she is weak, that is when You are the strongest.
Hold this faithful wife, and hasten the return of her husband. Back where he belongs, in Your arms, and in hers.

I stand in agreement with the other prayers here.
In Jesus name I rebuke the lies and tricks of the enemy to further entrap this man in the snakes net of deceit!
Father I pray that if this man puts even a sip of alcohol to his lips, it will taste like the most vile thing ever...that he will lose all desire and temptation to further destroy his temple. Bring him to the place of repentance, Lord....that he may turn his back once and for all on the flesh and it's corruption.

for all families

by drugs and alcohol.
Enable them to identify the illness.
Strengthen them to seek help.
Bless them with the power of your love,
which imparts transformation and wholeness
to those who trust in your name.
Grant that as they walk this tortured road,
they may journey together
and bound close in the bond of love.
