This prayer request is for a very dear friend of mine, Michael Allen. Please pray that he has a new awakening and a new spiritual outlook. I pray that he becomes closer to God and begin to live a life more pleasing to God.

Amen. Jesus i hold up to You Michael Allen. Please call him to a nearer presence and awareness of You and all of Your ways. Give him the strength to stand up for all that You would have him do and for a deep inner conviction that You are who You say You are and that You come from a kind and loving Father that loves us all. Father in the name of Jesus I pray that Michael Allen would have the desire to pursue You this year. Your word says that if we "draw near to You then You will draw near to us"--James 4:8. We have to "draw" first! We control the level of Your manifested presence in our lives!
Father I pray that all obstacles including sin that prevent Michael from drawing near to You would be removed now in the name of Jeus Christ!

I pray that he will be given a new heart and righteous desires and be led to live the kind of life You have intended for him to.
