In need of prayer

If you could please pray for my neice who is currently in the hospital. She has been sick with pnemonia. The problem is that she is disabled. Can't swallow, is blind, has seizures, her joints unattached, can't talk, is missing the white matter around her brain and her corpus colosium. I could go on and on. Therefore, her life is in danger when she is sick. One of her brothers has the same condition. They have never been diagnosed, aside from the doctors saying that my sister and brother-in-law have some sort of gene that was defective in both of them. Kind of a one in a million situation. My neice may undergo surgery soon and it could cost her, her life. Please pray the Lord heals them.
I also need prayer myself:- I need motivation and strength working fulltime and going to bible college fulltime.
- I am requesting reference letters from pastors I worked with in the past for my future attempt to be in ministry. Problem is that I had left after working with them for seven years to attend revival and go after God. They had told me to renounce revival and whatever I found or leave. So I left to go after God. Now years later I need to draw on their assistance for references. Some I am having a hard time finding as well. Pray the Lord opens doors that no man can, so that I am sent by the Lord and not just man. He brought me out for a reason.
- The Lord has called me to start a prayer list for all those in evangelism along with giving to them more. Please pray that the Lord brings others along to pray as well. One thing I know is when you pray for people that are making a difference you often face the same warefare where you are at. I need to be backed up in prayer so that I can pray.
- I am currently looking for a new church, as advised by the bible college I am attending. Please pray for me as I look to find where the Lord wants me to be. They advised me to seek out a deonominational church so that I can get credientials.
- It has been difficult for me working in a secular job and working on going into ministry. My boss is against Christians and Republicans. He knows the courses I am taking and has major issues with it. He said if he had known he wouldn't of hired me. Please pray that my job is protected and that I would be blessed financially so that I can give more and more.
- Please pray for a husband to find me! Having a call to the nations it hasn't been easy finding someone with a similar heart. However, if I am to remain single I am happy!
- That God will bring me to a deeper level with him.
- For healing in my back, knees, and left arm
- That God will continue to prepare me for my future.
- That I will use each day to the fullest

Father, I stand in the gap for aimee's niece! Lord! It has been too long for this child and aimee's Brother to be suffering like this! Heal these children and bring them to full awareness of You and Your Salvation! Jesus! touch these little ones with Your Blood and Your Love for them! Holy Spirit, Work in their lives and hearts and minds to bring them to their healing and salvation in Jesus! Thank You! AMEN!
Father, You see Aimee's needs, her wants and desires. Lord meet your desires for her and show her the way to go on in You! Help her to leave her future in Your hands and follow where You lead her. In the Name of Jesus! AMEN!

Just wanted to let all of those who prayed about my neice in response to my post above that my neice went back to the hospital today to get surgery. The anestiaologist (sp?) refused to operate on her. He said that she still had pnemonia and that it is hard on normal kids, that it would be impossible for her. He was able to see that the surgery would cost her her life, when the surgeons couldn't!
Thank you for your prayers. The Lord saved my neices life today!
