help me....

I am a victim of Identity theft. And the most painful part for me is that it was my beloved sister and her husband who did it to me. Before I came here to ask your advice on what I shall do.... and everybody adviced me to go ahead and report her to the authorities and do the right thing. It was really hard for me to do that, I love my sister so much that I dont want her to get in trouble, I belive her when she told me she gonna pay the car ASAP. But she never did, it came to the point where my credit is ruined already..... and I myself cant apply for a credit anymore cause she ruined it..... and I am getting calls already asking me to pay my bills!!! It really depressing, it is affecting me emotionally, Its really hard, and my sister... she is nowhere to be found.... she doesnt seem to care.... she seems not to care. She is a battered wife, and it was her husband idea to used my Social Security to loan a car w/o my knowledge. While I was out of the country they were busy here in the States loaning a car under my name!!! My sister's credit is ruined already.... her husband used up all her credit limits and loaned a lot of money. The husband even used up all her savings!!! And as if that was not he used my credit w/o my knowledge to get a car. And the painful part is that my sister allowed him to do this!!!
I already wrote the 3 credit bureaus to dispute that "loan". I havent heard from them yet. I dont know what to do. Please help me, give me advices. Please pray for me.....

Lord Jesus, please send swift justice and vindication to Jalliah that her name may be cleared and her reputation and credit restored. Pleas provide help to her sister for the sickness she has succombed to.

Dispute the loan, provide proof that you were not in the country at the time the loan was taken out...that should take care of that part. Should the loan company decide to pursue and press charges, that would no longer be your problem. I would just do that, prove I was out of the country and not the responsible party, a victim of ID theft. The NEXT responsible party would be the loan company...it is their responsibility to check proper ID and references, and their responsibility to find the real debtor. If they failed to do that, that is not your problem. They are the ones that would have to take further action. What you do before and after you provide confirmation that the debtor was in fact NOT you is pray and put matters into God's hands. He will take care of your sister. Don't worry, things like this do have a way of working themselves out.

Father, show jalliah what You would have her do in this situation. Give her Godly wisdom and discernment to do what is right and necessary. I pray for a covering of peace to be upon her as she deals with life during this time. Give her the strength and the courage to continue to contact the credit bureaus, various creditors letting them know what has happened. Walk her through this, Father. I pray. Amen

Father in the name of Jesus, PLEASE help Jaliah . She needs you to intervene for her and restore everything that the enemy has taken from her. Give her favor with those in authority that they may assist her in obtaining what rightfully belongs to her. Give her strength that she might not become depressed and that she might wait on you for guidance. Touch the minds of those who work for the credit bureaus that they will work speedily to help her. Allow her application to be illuminated with your glory and presence that someone will feel compelled to help her. By faith the victory is being claimed in the name of Jesus for Jaliah.

Yes, it is real hard.

But look they may do this to someone who wiill take the law in their own hands. and hurt your sister and brother in law, then where will your sister be then.

If they will do this to you, flesh and blood. what happens if things go real bad and they really hurt someone.

You must report this before something real bad happens.

I already reported this to the police. I tried to research online and I found out that I need to report this tio the police. It was really hard to make that decision. Im afraid what will be the consequence of what I just did. I dont want my family to hate me for this. I told my dad already about what my sister did to me and he told me to report this and take my name off tha car. But our mom doesnt want me to report this and instead she wants me to talk to my sister and brother in law to fix this problem... and that was what I was doing these past months.... but nothing happened. I even begged her to please pay or return the car they loaned under my name. Eversince its really hard for me to get hold of her, and im getting tired of all these. Now im scared that FTC or whoever may question me on why is it just now I am reporting it when I already found out a few months ago? My only answer to that is I dont want my sister to get in trouble so I tried to talk to her to pay off the car or return it, or take off my name in the car. But she never did.....
I dont know what our mother will do if she founds out that I already reported this to the police.... I am being harassed already by the Creditor and it is affecting my personal life already and im always deppressed becasue of this. My credit is ruined so i need to fix this for the sake of my own family. Did I do the right decision?
Please pray with me. I pray that this matter will be fixed smoothly and quickly with the help of our LORD's Holy and powerful hands.

Tommorow I have to do a follow up to my police report. LORD GOD give me the stregth and wisdom to go through this. This is very dificult for me, amd its really hard because I know our mom will really be upset when she finds out that I did this. Also I am thinking of my relationship with my sister... she might hate me for this. LORD GOD, you know how much I love them and I will never do anything to hurt them, it just came to a point that I have to do something to protect my self, my rights. This is very difficult for me LORD GOD, please help me. I love them so much, please touch the heart of my step mom so that she will realize that what I am doing is for the good of her own daughter too. And also to my sister, I pray that she gets back to her sences and start fixing her life.... LORD GOD I intrust my life to you, please help me, strengtened me and be by my side during this times. Give me the courage and wisdom, but most of all please be with me always. AMEN.

Lord, give her courage and strength.

Please close the mouths of her critics and may the complete truth be told.

Give her favor with this and straighten out the whole mess right away.

Please change her family's heart and help them see the truth.

Thank you for all your prayers and advices.... you are my strength.

LORD GOD, help me. I am going through a lot right now, please be with me. Give me the wisdom to sort this out and do the right decisions. Give me the strength to endure the pain of betrayal I am feeling and also the frustration and stress. Bless me with people who can help me solve this matter. LORD GOD please touch the hearts of all the people who are involve in this case and to all those who will be involve... please touch their hearts and may they all be cooperative in solving this matter in a positive way. LORD GOD touch the hearts of my sister and brother in law, may they find in their hearts to regret what they did to me (and maybe to others) and may they just return the car, clear my name and never do this again. Please touch them. LORD GOD touch this nation... touch the Credit Bureaus, the authorities, the Law Makers... may they find a solution to stop Identity theft from happening. LORD GOD, please here our prayer.
LORD GOD aside from my problem now, I am also asking you to please give bless my dad.. heal him and give him longer life, I also pray that my husband find a nice job here in the US, and also touch the hearts of my land lord.... may she not increase my rent a lot.
