Dear Father in Heaven, my heart is breaking with the news of those killed in this helicopter crash. I am over joyed that Richard Alan Gilbert knew Thee, and great sorrow for his family and the families that have lost their sons and daughters. I stand with them in prayer for these brave young men and women who have died so nobaly. I pray now for those who are left with many questions and hearts torn and bleeding. I pray that You send the power of the Comforter, the Holy Ghost and the power of the blood of the Lamb, and Him who understands all our pain and sorrow perfectly. I pray that You pour out Your spirit upon everyone who is suffering and left behind with the grief and sorrow. I pray that all will look to Thee for their solace and You will bind up the broken hearted and they will get through this terrible loss. I call upon the heavens to pour out a blessing upon these dear mothers and fathers, bothers and sisters and wives and family members of all who are left to grieve. I ask in their behalf in Jesus Holy Name amen.

A prayer for our Fallen H eroes
To fallen soldiers let us sing
Where no rockets fly nor bullets wing
Our broken brothers let us bring
To the Mansions of the Lord
No more bleeding, no more fight
No prayers pleading through the night
Just divine embrace, eternal light
In the Mansions of the Lord
Where no mothers cry and no children weep
We will stand and guard though the angels sleep
Through the ages safely keep
The Mansions of the Lord
In Christ's Name,
Amen
