God has answered my prayer!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone,
For those of you that know me well,you know that for the last 16 months I have prayed,begged & pleaded for God to restore my marriage.Through the death of my stepson,Robin leaving me & having an affair,losing my job,house,car & my dignity.After 3 suicide attempts & major therapy....everything has finally come together.
God has given me so much..... a great new job,a brand new house,my depression is gone & no medication.He brought Robin home 9 months ago & even though she totally ignored me,cursed me,continued to talk to the OM for 4 months,I never gave up.Never quit praying for her to find God again.I would give it to God & then take it back a million times & then finally I understood.
I gave it all up to Him & slowly I started to see changes & even though it would be frustrating at times & I'd wanna quit,I kept pushing with the encouragement from everyone in here.Well, the patience has paid off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The intimacy has returned between Robin & I & after 2 long years we finaly shared the same bed Saturday night.Why am I telling everyone? Because I want everyone to see that God will answer your prayers.Let our marriage be a living testimony to what God can do!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
To all of those that feel like quitting the fight......DON"T!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Because there is always hope.Keep the faith & stay on your kness because He hears you. He knows when the time is right.It WILL happen for all of you.
Don't get me wrong,we still have a huge mountain to climb but Robin has taken that step to saving not only our marriage but her own soul as well.We will live as a Christian family & I will proudly tell eveyone what my God has done for not only us but for all of you****e this as a springboard of hope.Don't allow Satan to taint your vision of what God wants your marriage & life to be.
I love you all & I'll never be able to repay the kindness you have all shown.

This time I bawled like a baby reading this. I knew I would at some point. I went out to praise and worship in the sanctuary and lifted up thanks for this victory. I was so excited, am so excited, King David dancing. I had to take the baby with me tonight, she is 2 1/2, she danced and praised and worshipped too! Awesome! When I got on my face to pray, she mimicked me and did the same. :-) It was precious to see.
I just knew the emotional dam would burst over this victory sooner or later, and reading this it did. I never knew your story but it sounds as rough as mine, and Praise God, you are there! I will continue to pray protection over you both, and for God to give Robin my same heart of love that I have for Kevin, for you. Walk closely with Him brother, cling tight to Him, as the enemy is not happy, we know that, dont give him a edge even. Pray, pray and pray some more. Speak the blessings over your marriage, over Robin. This is so awesome, and we will not back off any in lifting you up, we are pushing this on home to beyond your greatest imagination! :-)

Rob im chuffed to bits at what the Lord has done. (chuffed = English word meaning joyous, happy, over the moon )
I remember you in the Marriage Vigils last year, when we were all praying for this. Praise God for the change in Robin. Praise God for the restoration of this marriage!

You guys are too much!!!!!! That's why I wanted to share this with all of you.For those of you that are weak & weary.Just hang on to Jesus with all that you are & He WILL come through.As I said,we have a long way to go but ya gotta start somewhere.God has been sooooooooooo gracious to me & I will spend the rest of my earthly days praising His name & giving my testimony & working for Him.I have my family back & it's all because of God.........not me or anything I did.It was Him alone & I owe God everything.My heart is filled with sooooo much joy right now that I can't explain the feeling.I want everyone on this board to feel too & I will pray for all of our marriages.Just don't stop believing & keep the faith because He's there,watching,waiting for the right time.Keep the flame of hope alive within yourselves & God will reward you.

That is kind of something that you and God just work out, your faith. You see, satan cannot do anything to you without Gods permission, and God allows this because He has something He needs of you and He is refining you through the trial of fire in this, transforming you into the person He needs you to be to do the task He has in His plans for you. So first off know that this is not about your spouse. Your spouse did not do this, and you need to just consider him to be a puppet, he is captive to satan and just doing his bidding, satan speaks through him and everything else, and knowing this helps you understand that this is not your spouses true heart, this is the enemies desires and attempt to destroy you and keep you from what God has planned for you. It is quite awesome when you think about it that God actually allows satan to do things to us that work right into His (Gods) plan to accomplish something in us. In other words, God uses satan as a pawn to get you into a position where God can refine you. But the good news is, God is always in control of the situation, and is working it. He is working on you and your spouse, and all is well in His hands, He cannot fail and no one can thwart His plans either. God has a purpose, and when God has a purpose, you can count on it coming to pass. That is why this is not even your battle, it is the Lords, He knows what He is doing, you just need to take this time to relax and open your heart to Him and take in what it is He is wanting You to gain and grow in. Once He is done with the refining, everything else will fall into place. This is why you can let go...because you understand that He has always had it in His hand, He has always known it would come and why, His purpose and how He was going to end it. If we never faced a fire, we would never be refined, you have to go into the fire to be melted down and refined. You have to be sat down on the potters wheel to be molded, it is not something that just comes over you and happens. In the suffering comes a closeness to God that is never experienced otherwise and a wisdom comes from that closeness, a growth. I have always said that anything the devil does to you is merely a set up for a blessing. Funny thing, God even arranged it so that satan looks like the guilty party and therefore has to pay you back in double portions what he has taken from you, all things affected. So you see, God accomplishes His goal in you at the enemys expense, pretty ingenuious of the Lord isnt it! lol! And it goes to show that satan is a fool in his folly. Fact is, you are sealed unto the Lord and no one can take you out of His hand, never could, so it was pretty ridiculous for satan to even try, it cannot happen, but I guess he will never give up trying to prove the word of God false, even when there is no way that he can or ever will. This is just a season sister, a season of transformation for you and it will soon be over, never fear. You are safe in Gods hands and He will never let go of you or your spouse. You have to have trust and faith in Him, and mainly that is the biggest growth and refinement He is working in you. He is molding your faith and trust in Him, and believe me, He will show you so many things in this adventure that you will gain a unmoving faith and trust by time He gets done with you. He is making you a warrior for Christ because the harvest is ripe and He needs to send you out in the world to reap the harvest. The greatest thing to come out of this trial is the change in your relationship with God, there will come a time when you will not even recognize yourself, that old woman that went into this will be no more, and you will be brand new and so strong, you will me amazed!

thank you GOD for bringing rob and robin back to you and their marriage. keep your loving arms around them and help them to show each other the love you have giving them for each other and to know that YOU will always be ther for them. thank you FATHER we praise ,honor and worship your name amen amen.
rob you will stay in my prayers as with everyone else here you all are a part of my family now and i thank GOD for you all. even though the divorce went throught for me im not giving up im still praying that rick will come to his senses and leave the other woman and come back to GOD and to me. reading this helps me i dont know about anyone else but it has me. i know HE is with us and will always be there. love you all kathy

I'm glad I could help give you hope.just don't stop believing becasue when you do......that's when satan steps in.God will answer your prayers.It may not wanna be what ya wanna hear or it may take longer that you'd like,but HE will.
As for Robin & I,we continue to improve & life just keeps getting better.Right now,I'm in Arkansas for 3 weeks so I ask for prayer for her to stay strong while I'm gone & hopefully abscence will make her heart grow fonder.God is so great & powerful & I don't know how to begin to express what He means to me.God ,I promise I will spend the rest of my life trying to repay what you've given me.I love You.

Hey friends,
This Arkansas trip is about to kill me.I still have 2 weeks left to go & I'm extremely homesick.Please pray for my strength because I miss Robin sooooooooooooooo much.Just when things turn around for us I have to leave but I must do what's best for my family.
Also,please continue to pray for Robin's salvation & that this time apart brings us closer together.
Again,I can't express the joy in my heart that comes from the friendships I've built here.All of you carried me through when I was down with your words & prayers.Praying for Robin & I.....2 people none of you knew & look at the result.God heard & He brought my family back together.Please,those of you standing for your marriages right now,KEEP THE FAITH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i'm still here in Arkansas & it's killing me.Robin hasn't seemed to concerned about me being gone.It's almost like she doesn't even care or even missed me.I hope it's just my own paranoia but I just feel it in my gut.Anyway,I'd just like to ask for prayer to keep us strong in the Lord & each other.I've really been down since I left & I get to go home Friday but I'm afraid things will go back to the way they were.Please pray for us.
