feeling lost........

lately i have been feeling lost and afraid, i feel very anxious and scared most of the time, scared of everything, i hate leaving my house anymore, it seems that i have become a volunteer prisoner in my house, i am afraid for my family to go off, my poor son is 17 and i don't want him leaving my sight, my husband can't get any work done because i call to see about him a 100 times a day, if he is late coming home, i panic and assume the worse has happened.
i have not drove myself anywhere in over a year now, i hate being in crowds, i hate going to big stores. i am just fine being home where i am in control and safe..
please please pray for me, i feel like i am losing my mind!!!!!!!!!!!
my heart races outta control, i get real nervous and cry.. what is happening to me?????

I feel like you might be suffering from anxiety. I have had this before, and you might research it, and learn more about it, and then you can understand it and learn how to deal with it. You have to breath in and breath out, real easy, to relax yourself, then learn to control the thoughts that causes the anxiety to start.
I hope this helps. I suffered from this quite bad many years ago. I was so crazy and confused. I prayed everytime I had an attack or read Psalms. It helps so much. Also get a friend that you can call to help change your thinking. I know you don't understand, but I promise it works.
Dear Jesus, help this woman, release her from her fears. Help her to be confident and secure. In Jesus name I pray amen.

Think back to the time prior to all of the panic attacks and anxiety started. Did something traumatic happen? Was there an increase in the amount of work or stress in your life? Was there a death in the family or severe illness or injury?
Sometimes what seems to be anxiety is post-traumatic stress disorder.
Take it one day at a time. Try some Deep, slow breathing. I hope that knowing I am praying for you helps.
I am praying for your comfort. I pray that God can help you to find the source of what is taking your quality of life from you. I pray that an angel is sent to guide you and bring you to a peaceful place. May God Bless You!

This happened to me too , quite suddenly, after a trauma last year. I feel with you Deja, i can understand what you're going through.
The most important thing is to admit it to yourself which is what you've done. The advice youve been given here is good. Take it one day at a time. Dont set up goals for yourself that are too big, live if need be by the hour....like being on your own for half an hour at first,whatever you think you can handle. And if you can deal with that, next time make it a little longer.
Fill yourself with verses from the Bible. The Lord has promised that he is all around you....read the first part of Psalm 139.
He never slumbers nor sleeps, He is always there , right there....believe that sweetie....He is so much stronger than your fears.
Maybe you would find a relief in sharing your fears with someone, Christian friends or a doctor or a counsellor, but whatever you may decide, we are all here for you.
Look to the Lord and trust him for deliverance from this, because no matter how desperate you feel now, He will bring you out of it. If He did it for me, He will do it for you.

Because you have so spoken,I claim deliverance for de javue from fear and the feeling of being lost.
Banish these feelings from her because it is not in your will for her to feel this way. I pray also for her husband and family. Keep them in perfect peace in all areas. Amen
