The answer I gave my kids when they were teens was:
When you just like someone because they are cute, you enjoy their company, you like everything about them, get all tickley when you see them or think about them, when you just simply enjoy being in the same area as them... That is a Crush!
When you think about having sex, That is Lust.
Sex is fun and healthy... inside of the Marriage bonds.
Outside of Marriage, sex and thinking about sex is nothing beyond lust.
It worked for my kids. Hope it helps you.

Think, what would a future boyfriend or girlfriend ask for from you in love leading to marriage. What would they ask you not to do or think or feel or sense... I would ask a young lady not to accept a kiss from him on the mouth nor even to hold hands with him. To stop it wherever she falls short as soon as possible.
