The Revelation?

Hello everyone,

I have purchased the Watch Word Bible and have seen The Revelation. I believe I made a good investment by not only reading but listening to the bible with beautiful scenery. However I need more clearification on the part where there is a lady pregnant. My sister shares her perception but I wanted to ask someone else to confirm it or give me your perception. The lady represents Jesus mother and the child to be born is Jesus. Suddenly, the is a large dark smoky cloud, shadow, which represents satan and is after Mary's child, Jesus. Suddenly, the power of the sky, God Almighty, snatches away Jesus up to heaven ( resurrection) and Mary is left on earth. Satan goes after Mary (mother) because he wants to destroy her since she now represents Christianity. There you have it. My sister has given me her perception and I just want to be clear on knowing the truth. I ask anyone whom so glances at this question to please let me know what they believe is going on in the Revelation.

I know nothing about this version of the bible. Does this have anytrhing to do with "the watch tower" or Jehovahs Witnesses?

There are many interpretations. One is the true story of how satan came to destroy the "fruit of the womb"--Jesus!

Another interpretation is that satan or his demons do not disturb your pregnancy--while you are pregnant with the word or with your ministry or with your idea. But as soon as you give birth to the idea, ministry or the word alive in your life, then satan will come to kill, steal and destroy!

Just like in Old Testament Herod (satan) went to kill all new-born babies. Moses was hid in a bushel basket and was raised up to take the Israelite people into the dessert to worship--to meet with their God that delivered them from slavery in Egypt.

Christy, I just found out what the Watch Word Bible is. It is a video/dvd presentation of the new testament. I am not sure about the translation, as it appears to be targeted at the 5th grade reading/understanding level. I saw an ad for it on INSP network.

I believe the woman is not Mary, but Israel.
