Whoa!

OK. Check this out. About 6 months ago, my friend Dawn kicked her abusive husband out. (It got real ugly and he was horrible to their 13-year-old daughter verbally abusive and physically abusive)
Dawn volunteers at her church, walking the priest's dog and as a recess monitor. She had become very close with the deacon and sought his guidance on the situation in her marriage and her children.
Well, soon after sending her husband out, Dawn took up with the deacon and became involved in an adulterous relationship. He is also married and living with his wife. I tried to tell her from the onset that the affair was wrong, but she didn't seem to listen or get it. I tried to relate a similar situation that I was in about 20 years ago and tried to tell her that affairs like this rarely ever work out and it causes so much pain for all involved. Again, to no avail.
Then we started to talk to Pastor Todd. Again I talked to my friend about some of the things Pastor Todd discussed with my husband and me. Being a baby Christian I didn't try to preach to her, but put it in terms I was comfortable with, but I felt I had a little more guidance.
I explained that the 10 Commandments are inextricably tied and you can't just break one- you break all. So the "Thou Shalt Not Commit Adultery" is tied to stealing, killing, honoring mother and father..etc.
Then I told her that I was floored that this man can get up in front of 200+ people on Sunday, preaching about love and sanctity of marriage when he's lying! He was lying about everything. I told her,"He said he'd take care of you and the kids...yet he's still living at home. He said he told his grown children about you and they disapproved, yet he talked to you on the phone from his son's house and no one batted an eyelash. Your children are watching. What you do affects them and the types of relationships they form for the rest of their lives. He took advantage of your situation and abused his position as leader and mentor."
I listened to her for months about this older man who rocked her world and these past few weeks of awakening I just could not deal anymore! I know (even before being saved) that this was so wrong on so many levels.

WELL... after my dissertation on how he was lying to her, his wife, his children, the church, and the entire congregation, something must have clicked! She called to tell me that the next day she told him it was over!!

HALLELUJAH!
I pray that Dawn seeks God's will and asks forgiveness. I pray that she resists the temptation of Robert's advances and respects Robert's wife. I pray for God's intervention in this and shakes Robert and wakes him up to the wrong he has done.

dont ever back away because your baby christain y did good praise the LORD just love on her and feed milk to her. i like hearing that Father GOD I pray that DECONE BE REMOVED Were u have placed him and plead the BLOOD OF JESUS AND MAY THE HOLY SPIRIT come in with the Sword in HAND AND KICK DOWN SATAN door go though that body cut down all stroge hold in NAME JESUS NAME IPRAY or maybe your spirit doesnt dwell there any more so ipyay that your will be done amen servant
