a buddy of mine got accepted in the army special forces program and is training with them. he is a brother in the lord and we have been friends a long time. i have a concern for him regarding SPIRITUAL war. this is sensitive due the nature of his training. but evidently the army engages the use of psychics in some operations. "my brother" (i will not be sharing his name) has come across one of these psychics. this woman made some predictions over "my brother". he is really confused and doesn't know what to do with this information.
i have prophesied to "my brother" and so has his mother. the predictions from the psychic were very similar to what the holy spirit has already said. what he is struggling with is how this information comes from another source. he needs great discernment right now. incidently - it has been my prayer for "my brother" that he learn to hear the voice of god for himself. this is a test. satan's interference is belligerent. please pray for him to choose the good and reject the evil - especially now when they appear the same.

Dear Father in heaven I pray for your child that he may have discernment to know when it is Your voice speaking. I bind confusion and deception from his mind. I speak a clear understanding of withcraft. Anything that operates outside the boundaries which you have set are cast out and down. Lying spirits I tell you to stop whispering in his ear. I thank You Lord that you will show Him by Your spirit as he seeks to know the real truth.

Shine Your light on the truth that it may be revealed to him clearly. If it be Your will to send that one to confirm these words, and may it be Your will in any part of this prayer in Jesus' name. Amen

Qavod, Hi...Psychics often gain their information from familiar spirits who listen and then use what they hear to make the Psychic more believable. Satan has no foreknowledge unless he learns it somewhere or unless he has some psychic speak it, and then he goes about to "make it happen". Satan's character is able only to kill, steal, and destroy, so bind it and break it for it will become a curse if left unattended to.

Lord, I come against, in agreement with Qavod, that the words of the psychic will have no effect on this Green Beret. Lord, I bind and break all curses that seek to attach to him, and cause his mind and soul to be deceived. Lord, I pray that you will help him to recognize YOUR voice and be able to discern the lies of the enemy.
Lord, I pray that the prophets of the Lord will be the ones the Military seeks out for advance knowledge of the plans of the enemy, and not seek "lies" from the enemy of peace.
Lord, it is in the Name of Jesus, that we ask. AMEN

I am praying for your friend. Our military ministry advocate was telling me Sunday that SF guys are very hard to reach. Their Type A personaities and the nature of their missions (relying on each member of the team) puts them in a very dangerous place- spiritually.
I am also praying for your friend to actually make it through the training. It is a year-long course, and a VERY difficult course. The attrition rate is extremely high, because the Q-course (Qualification course) is several courses and if the student fails any one part, they fail the whole thing. Even if they are 8 months into it.
Dear God,
Please watch over our friend Qavod's brother in You. Please help him stay the course and keep focused on You and not any outside influences or "psychics". Please helphim to see that You are the truth and You are the way. Please help him to minister to his fellow students, that they may know You and Your divine wisdom and peace. Please help this class of students to do Your work and mission in maintaining peace and spreading good will and faith wherever they may go. Please help all of our troops and "Silent Heroes" to go out, complete their missions and return home safely. Thank You,

Satan knows the words spoken over him because Satan is alive and well. As Christians we have power through Christ to turn the tides of anything spoken over us. Does he want to look to Satans workers for leading or Christ? Even if what they say comes to pass, Scripture warns us from soothsayers. When Moses was preforming the miracles of turning his staff to a serpent before Pharoh, so did Pharoh's prophets/soothsayers/fortune tellers turn their staffs to serpents. Satan has a counterfeit for all gifts. We must discern the spirits.
Jesus open this mans eyes to truth and give him the ability to discern spirits and satan.
