Rom. 1 V.11 "For I long to see you, that I may impart unto you some Spiritual gift, to to the end ye may be established.."Eph.4 '...maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself ( The Body of Christ)in love. 1cor.12 Now concerning spiritual gifts brethern, I would not have you Ignorant. Please read above Chapters.
God wants to Equip the body of beleivers and Activate the Gifts.
This is done in Prayer; not by one person,otherwise the others are not necessary. The Holy Spirit will speak to all those who are praying;to one with wisdom ;to another with Knowledge; to another with discernment;according to first Cor. 12 if we read. This how we get a strong Prayer ,that is Effectual
and a cord of three is not easily broken.
I have been in Churches thruout Canada, with prayer going thru one man:without activation of the Gifts. Why don't we start. I have seen the effectiness of these prayers being Led by the Holy Spirit with more understanding because it is done in the orderly fashion mentioned in 1Cor.14 v23 to 33. So often I go into a Church that has not been taught the order;or how God speaks; causing the Body to '...perish for lack of Knowledge...' . A cord of three is an Equipping of the Prayer with gift that God has given us. If we know Christ then we should know our gift. Lets be Useful instead of useless.
