Print smaller or eyesight worse?

(Click here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Is it my imagination, or is the print even smaller now? It seems size 1 is teeny tiny, and the defualt size that comes up is smaller than it used to be. When I use 2 for size, it is the size 1 used to be. Oh, well, I know it's a BIG board and the large print makes the threads a lot longer. I just have worse and worse eyesight, so it gets harder and harder to read. I think I need glasses in a new strength, because I have started reading things upside down, due to I can't make out the words enough to know which is the up end. Sigh. I keep asking God to just heal my eyes. Just wanted to point out, this is truly a challange for some of us to read.

When you type a message or reply simply
HOLD down the control Key and press the letter
"a"

That will high light everything you have in the edit box window

now click on

size 3

and it will make it larger for you

I always use 3

sometimes I use 4

click on preview or subimit
and it will make everything large enough to see.

Yes, I know how to size it larger. But, I just noticed that the size seemed to decrease yet again, and most people just use the default size, and sometimes I feel I am straining to read posts. As long as I can read it, I will try to use it, since Shawn was concerned about us making threads too long with the larger print. I like to use the bigger sizes for emphasis. I am just thinking it would be nice to keep the size more user friendly, as the small size might be discouraging to new people who aren't as determined as me. The size we were just using seemed small to me, and now this seems even smaller....

Ah, well, God bless no matter what size you use.

I will keep praying here, regardless!

I can use that information as well. Thank you Pastor. But my question is, from one website to another, I have one method for seperating paragraphs, but on this web stite, it doesn't work. I've tried other methods when found by accident accessing forums, yet, they, as evidence proves, haven't worked either. Can someone assist this "babe of computor use" to improve? (quite different trying to minister to people on computor than in person). Thanks- God Bless!

There is actually no code needed to separate paragraphs.

All you have to do is space down and it automatically creates this separate paragraph.

One thing I do and this applies to any web site is hold down the CONTROL KEY and scroll your mouse wheel. It will enlarge all the web text and it where stay where you leave it until you move it again! I like larger letters too and I use this handy dandy feature!

Did size get shut off or something? When I picked size 2 just now, it came up the same as the default size. My other posts shrunk from the size I had picked for them. But, the letters in this thread are still big, as we originally made them. Hmmmm....

All I am really asking is that the default size be a little bigger, so those of us with failing eyesight (yes, working on new glasses, too) can read without straining our eyes.
