is witnessing to others spiritual warfare?

I listened to a testimony of a christian woman
which had absolutely no problems her whole life until one day she went
to her buddhist neighbor to witness to her and this buddhist woman
also demanded equal time. And this woman said she did not even
remember what this buddhist woman told her but when she left she
suddenly started to be chased by obsessive doubts.She had gotten a
demon!
How could this happen? Do you have any ideas? How can a christian get
a demon simply from witnessing to a buddhist?
Is talking to buddhists,atheists or islamist also spiritual warfare???
Cause I am always very confused when I talk to atheists cause they
come up with all their theories and I often don't know what to reply
and then I become confused and feel miserable and also start to doubt.
Is this spiritual warfare? Can you get demons from this?
How can I protect myself? I mean what if somebody attacks the bible
and makes the old bible stories about Adam and Eve look like fairy
tales? This affects me and leaves me confused as long as I find
answers which satisfy me.Does this mean this confusion is demonic??

Hello brother! I hope I understood your question, so I may properly answer. I do not know this ladies background, so it's hard to comment, but to be attacked so easily. I know a lot of people make such a big deal out of demons - and actually give them too much glory sometimes, but walking around the world without protection, or sinning, a person can catching a demon as easily as catching the common cold.

If you are filled with the Holy Spirit there shouldn't be any problems. We can't walk around the world like someone with OCD, who is afraid go places, or touch things. Whatever happened to the scripture "Greater is HE who is in me, than he who is in the world." ???

Testimony can be spiritual warfare.
Revelation 12:11 - And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb, and by the word of their testimony; and they loved not their lives unto the death.

If you want to witness to people, and speak the things of God to the lost - you have to be Spirit-Filled, and be released by the Holy Spirit to speak. I struggled for a long time not know what, or how to say anything to people. Then all of a sudden, I could dialog with non-believers for hours! Literally! I didn't even recognize myself...

Yes, your mainly trying to bind the spiritual stronghold over that persons life who is involved in a false religion. Once you have binded that spirit, they can again think rationally, and possibly accept Jesus Christ!
Mathew 12:28 But if it is by the Spirit of God that I cast out demons, then the kingdom of God has come upon you. 29 Or how can one enter a strong man's house and plunder his goods, unless he first binds the strong man? Then indeed he may plunder his house.

You protect yourself by doing what the Apostle Paul exhorts for us to do EVERYDAY - putting on the whole armor of God.

Ephesians 6:11-18 Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of his might. 11 Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. 12 For we are not contending against flesh and blood, but against the principalities, against the powers, against the world rulers of this present darkness, against the spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. 13 Therefore take the whole armor of God, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, 15 and having shod your feet with the equipment of the gospel of peace; 16 besides all these, taking the shield of faith, with which you can quench all the flaming darts of the evil one. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. 18 Pray at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication.

You cannot start this spiritual warfare thing while you're talking to him.

And how does this armor of God help you when somebody directly attacks the bible and tries to make it look ridiculous for example by trying to disprove Adam and Eve. How are the verses in the bible supposed to help you in such a moment when the enemy directly attacks the foundation?

Hello again! Well this is very subjective, but I will give my thoughts and opinions, which have worked.

To evangelize to someone we need to build rapport, so obviously you would not walk up to someone and say: "In Jesus name, be gone you vile spirit of blindness!" lol The person would run, hit you, or curse at you! lol

Pray (in your mind) who you should approach, to see who will be "open" to the word. Then if you discern something blocking the message - pray in your MIND for the Lord to remove it. It's just that simple! Remember, if you go out and evangelize/witness to people there is always people who will persecute you, and/or totally reject what you say - that's their choice to make - the Lord gave all of us "Free-Will," and willing accepting HIM, is the only way He will receive a person.

In this day and age, you have to be "strategic." As soon as you pull out a bible, or come right out and mention God - walls go up - too many people have been religious/over zealous "Christians." What works better is to open dialog and build rapport - to keep the walls down as long as possible. Once you have built rapport give them an encouraging word from the Lord - if you have/can hear(d) anything. Next, give your testimony. Every person who is saved - has a testimony!

Your right about something, unbelievers could care less about the Bible - they are blinded by the enemy, and truly do not know it is the infallible Word of God! So if that is the case, traditional evangelism is obsolete. Again you have to be Strategic.

The Whole Armor of God, is for your protection - as a believer - a child of God. The Bible does not need to be spiritually protected!

Finally, never debate with anyone, and walk in Love - Love never fails!
