My husband abandoned me and our children

[COLOR=navy]I've been depressed because my husband has walked out on me and our four children once again. Also, on top of him walking out, I found out over the weekend that he's having an affair w/someone else. All of this is really wearing it's toll on me and I'm trying to be strong for the sake of my children, but lately all I do is get very emotional and cry. I can't sleep at night wondering where he is and what he's doing. i've been asking the Lord to bring him back home but as a changed man with a new outlook on life. My husband also has a drug and alcohol addiction. I've made attempts to talk to him but it appears that he doesn't take life seriously. Everything is a big game to him. Also, I've been w/him for almost 6 years. I had my oldest two children prior to us getting married. He is currently 22yrs old and I'm 33yrs. old. I have 3 boys and 1 girl, ages, 17, 9, 3, and 18 months. The last two are my husbands paternal children...He's never worked or even tried to contribute to the household but yet I still love him and I'm praying that he will make a positive change. What should I do???? I'm lost.....

I suggest that you pray for strength and put your life in God's hands. Also pray for the salvation of your husband. Keep faith that God will lead you were you are suppose to be.
Dear Lord I lift this woman up to you. Give her strenghth to focus on herself and her children. Give her wisdom to make the right decisions. Draw her closer to you during these tribulations. I pray for her husband that he will stop sinning against you and his wife. Deliver him from his evil ways and guide him to you. I pray this in your name.
