]I overheard our Pastors wife saying something kind of bad about one of our elders. To me it was just a thing that needs to be comunicated. I have noticed that the Pastor and his wife do have problems comunicating. Especially with this paticualar elder. He has mentioned this to them before but they don't seem to get where he is comming from. Please pray about the situation. These are all such a blessing to our lives and I hate to see any strife, no matter how small. Thank you[/SIZE]

Two or more can go together and speak to them about it. Mention the gossip that you heard and confront the issue. That will put the bad feeling and the gossip to an end. Keep the issue clear that backbiting and gossiping has to be ended. Any disageements have to be handled with love with that person or persons, not talked about behind backs. That causes conflict in the church.
Jesus touch this situation and let all communication be handled with Love. Give them the wisdom to speak to the pastor and his wife. May there be healing and peace.
