The bankruptcy trustee is sending someone out to value our house. If the value comes back more than $235,000.00 they will sell it. We have lived here since 1990, and have a lot of life here. Please pray that the value comes back less than $235,000. Please pray that God provides a new beginning for us, a second chance. Thanks.

Make sure they don't count basement rooms as living quarters. Find out from your city hall what constitutes a room. Often basements are used to make additional living space, but ceiling heights aren't high enough to classify as a formal room. Make sure you have a copy of the city regulations for the inspector. These vary from each municpality.
Jesus work your will in this situation. Let these good people walk in faith learning what you want them to learn and becoming who you you want them to become. Let them not be discouraged, for no matter what for your hand is on them. Bless them with a new start.... a new walk.... a new life in you!!
