I saw a TV commercial about them. These bracelets are supposed to help against all kinds of pain. They interviewed many people which said that their pain went away after wearing it. When taking it off the pain came back.
What do you think is this? Is it occult? I do not believe in this whole body balance and energy flow stuff which these bracelets are based on.

I see a lot of people wearing them. When I ask them if they work, some have said they really work and others have said they aren't sure if they work, just trying it out. Maybe it is like a placebo? If you think it is working, it does. I'm not sure either, but I don't think it would be occultic unless it is represented to be a spiritual healing thing and you were using it for that purpose, which I personally have never heard anyone say that.

I did some research. Looks like it's a hoax and based on the placebo effect.

Here is something to think about for examples of this possible situation-
1- God shows in His Word- Spring or well, that Angels had come down and stirred. This brought a healing ability to this water.
In certain places of other Countries, I have heard of Springs found, where the process the water goes thru as it is moved, had I believe ionized it and made it so pure and mineral free etc, it was like a healing water. but, when it was taken from the well, it seemed to lose this ability.
2- Now, as for fruits and vegatables, it has been proven, when growing and matured still on the vine, so to speak, it is still alive, as the enzymes and more are still active in them.
It has been proven the moment you remove the product from it's vine, the enzymes continue for a short time, but if cut it open, the process imediately stops. Thus, it is claimed the product dies at that moment.
Thus, a very important part of the nutritional value of that product has been lost, once it has- "as it's called", died, for the fact the process has stopped.
3- Now, as far as ionizing objects, I would not ascribe to a belief in that being fully true unless I saw documented proof. As there has been claims made about wearing certain types of metals to help certain conditions, magnetizing certain metals and wearing them for that, etc, etc.
I believe God has created man and this earth to compliment each other "health wise" for lack of a better explaination. So, some of these things could be true, but I avoid most or avoid seeking to find out, as I rely more on God and His Word for my needs.
God Bless!!

There's nothing occultic about them. It works like magnets, supposedly realigning our magnetic fields, thereby reducing or eliminating pain. I've tried magnets and they didn't work for me.
It is a scientific fact that we have a magnetic field and aura. But 'reading' an aura and making claims about your life from it is just occultic and foolishness.

Quite correct MamaCat.- Several friends I know do what is known as "water witching" with two pieces of copper wire.
They claim it's not occultic because it relies upon the magnetic field of our phys. bodies, bringing the two wires to cross over when you walk over an electrical wire, water pipe, etc.
Several times over the years, I proved this wrong. That it is occultic. Just as I also am suspect of that.
God Bless!!
