Chinese Dragon

Can anyone tell me if they know the meaning in a dream of Chinese Dragons. Last thursday three people had dreams about such a dragon. They had them independently.

Dragons most of the time represent satan.

I would have to hear the context of the dream to discern what chinese dragons specifically mean in these circumstances.

They could mean the deceit, or stronghold on customs, and beliefs of the asian peoples, or a calling to missions, or spiritual warfare against a certain principality/stronghold.

Give us a little more information about the dreams - this may be quite interesting!

Hallo; thanks for your reply. The dream I had myself was this:
There was a street party; at least it looked like a party; but as I looked at the faces of the people I saw that some were laughing but some were crying. Then I saw a dragon; it looked like one of those chinese dragons you sometimes see by festivals; it carried some people on its back and it was eating people indiscrimately. I was among a gropup of people who tried to catch the dragon but it was too strong and too quick. Then some came up with the idea of blowing him up. They brought dynamite and then I saw that someone was on the dragons back that I knew and I tried to stop them because if they blew him up they would blow my friend up. Then I awoke.
The second dream was: A dragon was wandering around the earth as if he had lost something. He ate people on the way ( the one thing that comes in all the dreams ) He came up to one group of people who were hiding someone; one by one each person offered himself up to the dragon to save the one they were hiding; the dragon kept eating until only one person was left and then the person who was dreaming awoke.
The third dream took place in the heavens. The dragon was an angel in everything except his head was that of a dragon. He travelled around in the heavens destroying beings which looked like angels; then suddenly a rumbling came from above and lightning and the body of the dragon was destroyed but his head remained.
I dont know if you will come up with anything.
I should add here that the church I am a member of is going through a tough time as impurity has been found in the leadership.

Hello! Your dreams all point to one thing. You only have to dream a dream twice for it be established.

Your dreams all point to the obvious - The dragon (devil) is roaming the world looking for people to devour. You cannot fight him in the natural, and you cannot deal with the people he has devoured (or, the ones riding on him) in the natural either.

The only thing you can do is love the people - hate the sin, and PRAY for the LORD to defeat your adversary!

Thanks for your reply.
As you say the obvious is just that obvious; however I believe that if the Lord gives not just one or two dreams but three or more then he does it not just so that we can see the obvious but so that he can reveal something to us which is no so obvious. However I will keep seeking His face and His wisdom. Our battle is not against flesh and blood and ofcourse our main weapon is prayer and through prayer the Lord can and will reveal the strategy to us to be able to go further; to gain the victory over the dragon.

You ask if I was looking to an answer to a particualr question: my answer has to be no not really. I suppose I am looking for an explanation that will satisfy my spirit. Since writing my first message there have been more dreams and also several people have been woken in the night with the words "make haste; make haste"and "flee this evil". So you see I am aware that something pretty serious is happening and if the Lord gives a dream then I believe He is saying something. I wrote to this prayer board because I guess I was looking for a completely partial spirit led response. So thanks for thinking with me.

The answer you received - although the symbols were obvious - was Holy Spirit led...

A chinese dragon is a fascade, of something it is not, being mechanized by people. These people are being motivated, and deceived by the enemy. You cannot go for a direct assault upon this move of the enemy, because - just as you had discerned your dream - you will seriously hurt people.

Sometimes the most Holy Spirit led answer is in the obvious! Again, this is a circumstance to pray, pray, and pray some more. Walk in Love when dealing with the people who are deceived in this situation, so you may win your brothers/sisters back!

It was not my intention to suggest that your answer was not Spirit led; in fact you confirmed what I already believed. However I had to be honest when you asked"were you looking for a answer to a particular question"by saying yes I am looking for revelation; for direction; and I still am; but I do appreciate your answers and I do not mean to dismiss them.
